Zoe guestured in the direction the girl walked in "Wait do you know her?"

Evey walked down to Diversity Homeroom, giving a small smile to the room

(Going for the night.)

Katy smiled back to the girl wo had just entered.

Evey nods in acknowledgement and goes to sit

All of the students pour in… Surprisingly few…
"Good morning class, I'm Ms. Magdalene, but you can call me Mrs. Maggie, Mrs. Magda, or Mercy of you wish." Mrs. Magdalene said to the class.

Evey pulls out her notebook, prepared to take notes

(Wait is it Ms. or Mrs.)

"We don't do too many notes in this class. I n fact, if you'd all follow me to the gym, we'll be doing demonstrations." The teacher rose gracefully.

(Mrs.)

Katy got up to follow Mercy, she hoped these demonstrations would include some combat.

Evey blushed with embarrassment and followed Mrs.Mercy

(Skip to blacktop, some targets are there, as are, oddly enough, a bag of produce and an obstacle course.)
"Alright, show me what I'm working with by demonstrating your elemental skills." Mercy says, standing back.
"Who's first?"

Evey shrinks back
'Definitely not looking forward to this'

"How do we demonstrate?" Katy asked. She wanted to know if she was just going to be shooting some flames at a target, or something more advanced.

"Any way you want, as long as you demonstrate your skills." Mercy said. " I'd you want to shoot flsmes, go ahead.

(Shoot some flsmes, do some tricks… Anything advanced.)

"Then I'll go," Katy walked up to a target. She closed her eyes and focused as she felt her flames turn into a white flame bow. She opened her eyes and shot a red flaming arrow at the center of the target. Bullseye!

"Very nice trick!" Mercy said. "Who's next?"

Katy walked back to the class, Nice trick? That was advanced level stuff, not some nice trick!

(Everyone else must finish their demonstration s, or pass it off til' tomorrow. We're not back yet.)

'I want to do this but….. what if I mess up?' Evey looks to Katy's bullseye
'Remember what you learned! Go for it!' swallowing her fear with a new-found confidence, Evey speaks;
"I'll go!"

Evey awkwardly walks to Mrs. Mercy, her confidence all but a speck in a field of anxiousness now
