Elemental World Adventure RP [Mostly Closed. Please ask.]

"She's awesome! I wonder who would win in a race…" Oscar looked between Sky and Yuki, then giggled.

" We can find out later, I think Sky is getting tired." Maddie replied while gently rocking her. " Sooo where are we going now?"

Oscar layed Amber in Adrianna's arms, "We need to find out more about this person. Why don't we all split up? Go and ask different people about this stranger who takes people and burns their villages?" Oscar thought deeply, but quickly grew distracted, "At some point, after we find Mum, can we could go Ape Riding in the great forest? It's only a day or so from here if we walked."
Yoshi slowly raised his branch like an arm, "Stupid Oscar. Bad stranger? Bad things." He added.

" Why don't go to the Fire lands? The person must be a fire wielder so he must be there." She guessed. " I think it's about a 5 day walk from here, but I think we can make it." She added.

Oscar looked to the others, all happily playing with their new friends and talking to each other. "Five days is a long time… Why don't we ask around today, and if nothing comes up, we can go to the Fire lands tomorrow?"
Yoshi kept his branch raised, "Bad Stranger! Bad things!" He said slightly louder, fustrated.

(Fire Lands, Air and Spirit forests, Water Valleys?, Earth mountains?)

( Correction: Spirit Delta.)

" Well, what if yours was the only village that was attacked. Besides I don't think anyone has heard about it." Maddie said. "Besides I'm tired of being in the same city, I want to go somewhere else." She complained.

"Hey, guys, we can't go to the fire lands. At least not yet." Lupita said, still petting Brook. "And if you're wondering why, first of all, I'm a water elemental, and second of all, we need to plan what to do there before we go." she finished.

"Oh." Maddie just remembered. " Well maybe we can disguise your powers some how." She said as she thought deeply about it. " Well, if we're staying here then where are we going to sleep and eat." She asked curiously. She wasn't a fan of staying in one place because of the time she spent in the Spirit Delta.

(A delta doesn't seem to be a terrain?)
Yoshi let go of Adrianna's leg and walked over to Oscar's hitting it several times, "Bad Stranger! Bad things!" He yelled angrily.
"I don't understand what you mean!" Oscar yelled back, confused. Yuki flew down to Yoshi, hopping on the ground as she landed. She tilted her head slightly, "Bad stranger." Yoshi repeated, gesturing with his branches, "Bad things."
Helplessly, Oscar looked up to Lupita and Maddie.

( Its a wet grassland.)

Maddie decided to go in Yoshi's mind. "Yoshi what are you talking about I need you to explain." She asked curiously. Meanwhile, Sky had woken up from the commotion and decided to investigate the talking tree.

(Okay, google still says that Delta is just a number so i'm gonna need some help there but: Fire lands, water valley? Air tribes. Earth mountains? Spirit Delta. The great City and the isolated villages contain different people that tend to look after each other, and most of the time contain people from different elements. Oscar's village mainly contained Spirit elementals but did have some water and earth elementals. Oscar was the only air elemental, and there weren't any fire elementals due to many people there not trusting outsiders easily, and so none stayed. That better? I like world building.)

"Stupid dragon! Stupid dragon! Stupid dragon!" Was all Yoshi's mind yelled as he tried to get away from the dragon.

Maddie immediately snapped out of her trance as she quickly rushed over and picked Sky up and held her. " No you naughty dragon, stay." She commanded. She quickly went into Yoshi's mind again. " Yoshi are you trying to warn us?" She asked in a steady voice. His thoughts were crowded so she evaperated some.

(Nvm I'll figure it out.)
Yoshi's voice changed, from his general higher pitched muttering to, something almost human-like. A man's voice, soft and kind. "How did you do that? No-no it's not important. If you find people who are experiencing bad things, then they might have something to do with this stranger. Villages going missing, even if it's just ours, will mean that trading has been affected. We can find out how many villages have gone, and maybe other bad things, that could have been caused by this stranger."

Brook woke up from the commotion and tried to fly. Brook got a little bit into the air before falling back onto the cloud. Brook repeatedly tried to fly, getting higher each try.

"Hey are you okay?" Oscar asked Maddie, shaking her slightly.

Maddie snapped out of her trance by Oscar. " What are you doing? I was trying to talk to Yoshi." She replied with annoyance Then she sighed. "Well, he is is actually smarter than he looks. He has an idea of what's going on."

"Guys, we should go now, before it gets too late." Lupit said summoning a cloud to carry her.

"Er-sorry! I thought- I'm sorry." Oscar stuttered, looking down to Yoshi, "Just because he's hard to understand doesn't mean he's stupid." He mumbled quietly. Yoshi patted Oscar's foot gently. "What was he trying to say?"

"Where to?" Oscar said to Lupita.

Maddie asked urgently " Wait where are we going? We have to stay here. Yoshi said we should stay here." She wasn't in the mood to go anywhere now that they had a lead,

"Well, I mean, my dad is the storm king, so we have a castle with billions of rooms," Lupita said smiling, "Besides, if I don't get home soon, it's not pretty." she finished.

Oscar looked around, "I mean… We could come back tomorrow…" He finally said hesitantly.

Maddie sighed in defeat. Then she had an idea. " Well maybe we can ask him if he has hear about the missing villages." She said. She jumped on the cloud with Lupita and gestured for the others to follow. She patted her thighs and sky immediately jumped on with her.

Oscar poked the cloud, "Can I use the wind? I just… don't want to be mean… but I don't like clouds." He said, hoping that he wouldn't upset Lupita. Yoshi on the other hand quickly climbed onto the cloud, grabbing bits of it over him like a seat-belt.

Lupita smiled, "Of course you can take the wind." she said covering everyone except Oscar with a cloud blanket. "Feel free to sleep on the way." she commented before moving the cloud so they were on their way to her dad's castle.
