Yeah, and only yours. You can't make anyone else's characters do stuff, but you can suggest actions like:

Person 1: Marcus kicked Logan to the floor. (Could Logan do [insert action here] in response?)
Person 2: (Yeah sure) Logan did [insert action here] and said "Ow, that hurt?"

Bad example, I know, but bear with me here.
