It slunk out of the shadows and onto the floor, as if trying to evade Indra’s gun. It slunk across the tile, its fingernails casting eeriee clicks as it made its way over. It rose, a shadow on its own, in front of the Grandmaster, grinning a wide, pointy toothed smile.
“A contract, hmm…?”

Axion hears voices but can’t make out where they are, she is excited though because she can hear people. She pokes Kathia’s nose. “You hear that? That sounds like civilization.”
She feeds Kathia a treat as she continues to wonder no less than 300 meters away from the camp.

"Con, there is a demon behind me isn't there?"
Con squeaked yes as Hunter turned around, his hands sparking with magic.

Indra shot at it with supernatural aim. The rattling continued, and from the horizon came a giant centipede. Armor like thst of a tsnk. Mandibles like machetes. It was over a hundred feet long, and smoke trailed from it's mouth.

(that's one helluva demon)

The Demon looked over with a sharp gasp and tried to duck from it but the bullet hit his arm. The Demon stirred painfully on the ground with a faint groan.
“What the Hell did you need me for, if you’re just going to shoot me?” It stood back up, glaring around.

Erica had been sitting on her bed for 10 minutes. She was contemplating if she should go looking for her sister. She hadn't heard from her in 3 days. Usually, she’d send a message. She decided that she needed to go after her. She stood up grabbing her backpack that was filled with medical supplies and checked her pocket to make sure she had her knife. She slowly unlocked her 3 different locks and stepped out of the safety of her home.

Keri grabbed her weapons and trudged through town, grumbling about sleep and annoying people. she accidentally ran into several people and just continued walking. she soon made it to the woods and walked in, sitting down on a fallen log to get ready to train.

"I don't even know you…" He said, shooting another round at it.

(is the centipede creature visible from the village?)

(Erm… so I'm just gonna go… I mean, maybe they need shelter or something, and that's where Felix can come in but… I have a feeling I'm not going to be needed for a while.)

There was a loud cry that tore through the sky. Felix was pissed. The centipede had just appeared out of nowhere, destroying his only safe place in this war torn world and he was sick of it. In his hand, he held his bow, clicking his tongue in distaste.

What was soon impossible to miss was the hulking mass of an insect-like demon filling the endless void of the horizon, lurking before their village, as though a stalking predator closing in on its prey. Her eyes widened, her right closing instinctively - since when was that a thing? Red swiftly flooded her vision, splotches of white littering her surroundings. Brook got closer to where she could see the creature a bit more clearly, scanning for any faults in its physical integrity while she still held the advantage of distance, provided there even were any.

Hunter heard the sounds of the demon approaching and turned to the grandmaster. "I'm going to go help, toodles."

Erica wasn't even a foot out of her house when she saw the creature. Her eyes widened and she looked around trying to find a sign of life.

The Demon jolted out of the gun’s rounds and under a table with a snarl.
“Why are you shooting at me?!”

"Because I thought we were sparring. But I guess not." Indra said, holstering his rifle.

Axion hears the commotion and wonders what the hell is going on. The hell was going on? Kathia starts hissing in the direction of the gunfire. “Easy.”

The Demon peered at Indra from under the table. “And why would I do that? I just want to know why I’m here!” They sounded like a very confused Demon.

"I don't know?" Indra said. "Why would I?"

Erica had heard gunshots near were the creature was. She quickly went over to make sure everyone was okay.

The Demon looked around the room. “Is there anyone else in here?” It seemed to be somewhat blind, considering there were people in the room.

The creature charged, as the lasercannon operators in the trenches fired, putting a few dents in it's armor. Upon closer inspection, one could see that it was caked in dried gore, meaning that this, was only part of it's rampage.

"Hello." Hunter said, he was about to exit the room but thought better of it.

Axion couldn’t figure out where the noice was coming from. She puts Kathia down on the ground. “Kathia your probably better at this than me, find that sound.”
