He pulls away from her, pushing himself against a wall, his wings covering him from sight. He was trembling, shaking with fear. He stares at his hands.

“You! You were behind this! Leave us alone!” River was shaking, she was furious. Her hair became all staticky and she had a blue glow in her eyes. Suddenly an electric ball burst forward almost like a sheild.

Michi allowed a sigh to silently pass through his lips. Emo birdboy was in shock or something like that, H2O was harassing people, and the scientists were testing something new. "What fun," he muttered sarcastically under his breath. This was probably one of the only times he would agree with H2O. Staying here was most likely not within their best interest.
