Family Dinners (Closed)

Kill them One of the voices hissed. "Be quiet Rowan!" Marrin shouted, a scowl on her face. She hated when the voices grew to loud to think. Rowan is sorry. right Rowan? Yes Ed

Sage shook her head. "Looks like everybody's friends have come out to play. Too bad i'm alone up here." she tapped her forehead.

Alfie’s eyes widen, “oh wow..you’re really up there”

"What?" her eyes narrowed as she looked towards Alfie. "You coming down with the meet-and-greet too? Is this gonna interfere with my dinner?"

“No, I’m just saying that the new kids really…something”

“Be nice you guys!” Alfie says, his eyes crinkling and starting to water

Sage shot a look at Robin and stuck her tongue. "Shut it techno-geek! You're making Alfie upset." I swear if he says anything else, I will snatch that tongue out of his pretty little mouth She smirked at the thought, her green eyes traveling away from Robin to Alfie, she passed him a tissue.

Alfie takes the tissue and pats at his eyes, “I just wanted a nice family dinner!” He says with a pout

"Okay. Okay!" she muttered to Alfie. She was never one to be mean to him, he was always so nice and happy around her, even on her bad days. Turning to the new kid, she smiled. "What I mean is, the greater number of us have a little voice in their minds that doesn't belong to them… or so they think. I don't… It's just me and me. I am very conscious of the things I do, and I agree with me actions 100% once they are acted out. I'd like a friend like you. I think that'd be wicked cool…" she said, playing with a fork on the table.

"No." Marrin says. "You don't."

Sage just shrugged. She wasn't going to argue. She wanted someone to talk to when no one else was listening. It seems more insane to me to talk to myself instead of the literal voice in my head… but I guess others don't see it that way.

“It’s okay!” He says and smiles, even though he still looks on the verge of tears

Sage looked towards Alfie. "Its okay my dude. I'll hold my tongue for the rest of the night… For the most part." She apologized once more, handing him another tissue and giving him a soft pat.

“I’m fine! Really!” He smiles, more genuinely this time, “let’s just have dinner!”

Charlie brings out the dinner, a huge smile on his face. "I tried out a new recipe!"

"Ooh…yay.." Sage said with a tight smile. I really hope this doesn't kill us..

“It depends, sometimes it’s good…sometimes it’s not…I don’t think it’s a good thing now..” Alfie whispers back

“You’re going to be hoping for a long while..” Alfie says with a sigh, uncharacteristically negative

"He doesn't let any of us in the kitchen." Marrin says quietly.
