"no." he said exasperated. "At parties i drink." He looked over his shoulder. "speaking of drinks, would you care to join me for one?"
Floris was well into his cups by now, a pleasant buzz over his mind and his face flushed. He was sitting down now, chatting about his science shit to whoever was unlucky enough to be caught in the crossfire.

She pulls out her own alcohol aagin, taking a drink from it before stowing it again. "What would you suggest I have?"

"Well i don't know your tastes, so i don't think i can recommend something you would like." He walked over to the drinks and poured himself a glass of red whisky. "However, I can probably guess that you prefer hard liquor to a simple beer or a nice glass of wine." He took a sip of his drink and looked at her. "Am i correct?"

"You would be correct, my friend. Hit me with your strongest drink." she replies.
Diane had vanished to⦠Somehwere. Floris wasn't really paying too much attention, too focused on rambling about his discoveries. When he say Reyna, he inwardly groaned, or maybe it was outward, he couldn't really tell- Oh my god that man was pretty. Holy shit, so pretty. Why was he a homosexual? Why did the gods curse him to see pretty boys? Oh woe is him.

Neo smiled and started picking up various bottles to see what was available. After a short period of searching he picked up a bottle full of golden liquid. He let out a small joy noise. the bottle itself was on the smaller side, but that didn't matter, only a little was needed. "This. This is some strong stuff." He finished off his own drink and grabbed a cup for Reyna. He splashed a bit into the cup and moved to the nonalcoholic side of the drinks to grab a cup of pink lemonade. He mixed the two together and pored it out into two more cups, offering one to Reyna and keeping the other for himself.

Reyna tilts her head curiously, but downs the glass with a single flick of her wrist.
She chuckles after a moment. "Give me just the undiluted stuff."

Floris was internally talking for a while but hadn't realized it, his face flushing even more in embarrassment before holding out his own bottle of booze that he had grabbed from one of his many pockets. "This stuff is strong, homemade."

"Oh?" Neo asked the very drunk man standing next to him holding out a bottle. He looked at it skeptically. But he was bored and Claude and him had traded more than enough blood to make it very impossible to kill him. "Let me see that." he said with a wink after draining the rest of his other cup. The alcohol burning his throat.
Floris handed it over with no complaint, still a bit flushed. "I made it myself, shouldn't kill you. Probably." He nodded, very serious. "It's comprised of regular homemade moonshine, with a bit of demonic liquor, and a pinch of dragon's blood."

"Thank you." she teases, popping it open and taking a swig from it. She felt the liquid go down like honey and chuckles.

Neo accepted the bottle and took a sip. The effect immediately hitting him. "Ohhh that's good." he took another hit and gave the bottle back. He turned to Reyna and taking the bottle back from her with a smile. He drank a bit and returned it to her open hands, giggling softly.
Floris laughed, taking a swig for himself. "Yeah, that dragon's blood mixed with the liquor really does the trick! I found that out the hard way." He giggled, it took a lot for him to get drunk, so he made a booze that would get pretty much anyone inebriated.

Reyna grins, her white eyes flashing playfully. She drains half of what's left and hands it back to Neo, looking at Floris curiously.
"Hey. If I apologise, can I try some of that?" she asks.
Floris smirked. "I'll let bygones be bygones, have some." His smirk changed to a lighthearted smile, with the corners of his eyes wrinkling as he handed over the bottle.

Neo watched the two happily before looking around for his love again. He was just over here, where did he go? Neo sighed and took another draw from the golden bottle. Despite its strength he was only now feeling the most baby of a buzz.
