“Drop him now or I get the police”

"Police?"

“They will kill or improsin you”

Cronus squints at the guy, dropping Max and turning to the owner. He snarls at him

The shopkeeper pulled the sword from the scabbard and hit Cronus across the head with the flat of the blade

Cronus stumbles, knocking over a stand of assorted weapons. He roars at the man and his yellow, split eyes shine through the disguise.

The shop keep hits him harder in the same place

This time pearlescent, light blue blood spurts from the wound. Cronus snarls, standing and leaning against a rack of knives.

The shopeper shoved the man to the ground still a bit confused from the blue blood
Max stands up and conjured a ball of fire

Cronus was breathing heavily and coughs. He gets up on his hands and knees. Trickles of his blood where running into his eyes and one was to the corner of his mouth.

Max said “stop now or you will be burning alive”

Cronus looks up at the shopkeeper then to Max, "What are you doing?!"

The shopkeeper said “stop fighting now and I’ll think about not giving you in to the police”
Max then said “do what he says”

"I wasn't. In the first place." He snarls.

“You tried to choke me”

"I was just demonstrating!" He roars

“Really, you checked me and didn’t stop when the shopkeeper told you to.”
He walked over to Cronus and whispered in his ear “your demonstrating is seen as an attack in this society”

Cronus snarls, baring his fangs, "Back off. Both of you." He shot at the shopkeeper as he stood.

The shop keep stood there
Max said to the man “say nothing of what happened, we will also take the bow and some arrows”he passed the man a bag of gold and max grabbed a quiver

Cronus was breathing heavily and he feels the small but deep cut on his head.

Max pointed his finger at where the blood was coming from and used a small spell of healing

" Now you have healing… great…" He snarls.

“I am mediocre at many spells but not a master at any”

"Tch." He snorts, stands and walks briskly past Max and the shopkeeper and out into the street.

“You go back to now I need to get some rations”

Cronus doesn't say a word.

Max walked into a butcher shop

Cronus stays outside this time to wait.

He walked back out his pack filled with food “let’s go”

Cronus doesn't do anything but follows after Max silently
