¨Calm down Caleb¨ she said softly.
"CALM DOWN!?" Caleb was definitely hyperventilating now.
¨yeah don´t make me shoot you again¨ she said.
Caleb's skin was pale and he broke out in a cold sweat. He was gasping for air as his panic attack fully set in.
(By the way, did you know that you can cure some panic attacks by making the person hold the breath? cough cough like cough kissing cough cough them? cough)
Briar leaned down and kissed. him.
Caleb squeaked a bit, eyes wide, and held his breath. As he did so, he gradually calmed, and he relaxed, letting himself be kissed.
once he was calmed she started to pull away.
Caleb to a deep breath when they parted. "Why'd you do that? We're enemies. You're supposed to capture me and send me to prison, not cover me with a blanket after knocking me unconscious and kissing me randomly."
" you were having a panic attack" she said.
Caleb tilted his head. "That doesn't quite answer my question…" He hauled his leg closer to him. "Why am I not being transported to a jail cell right now?"

Caleb looked away. "Does that really matter? You left me in like, 10th grade. We're adults now. Things are different."
"I had no choice and you know that caleb" she said.
Caleb sighed. "Still. You think you could've moved on at least? Find a nice FBI guy rather than a wanted criminal?" He watched blood trickling down his leg absently. "It was a high school thing. How many years has it been anyway?"

Caleb grabbed it before it hit him in the face. "Are you joking?! Hell no!" He turned the safety on and tossed the gun away from him.
"If you kill me they will stop looking for you'll be free".
Caleb's hands were shaking. "NO! I'd rather die! And that's completely illogical!"

Caleb shook his head and started trying to stand. "I need to get back to the bunk. Hack and Tosser are gonna wonder where I am. I also need to get the bullet outta my leg."

Caleb started to limp for the door, but soon collapsed, hissing between his teeth. He was losing too much blood. He sighed. "Can you just shoot me or something please?"

Caleb sighed again, and let his head flop back. "Are you gonna deny me the privileged of being jailed by you as well?"
" if you wanna go turn yourself in be my guest I don't care I have to go home to my daughter" her eyes widened realizing what he said.
Caleb raised an eyebrow. "So. You did find someone." He sighed and closed his eyes. "What's her name?"
She sighed"Elizabeth"" she said "but I didn''t find anyone".
