FBI vs. Robbers (Reopened) (Need more players)

So I’m gonna start this, because I’m really bored. So basically, a modern RP. I was thinking FBI Vs. Robbers. The FBI is trying to hunt down the robbers after a successful heist and the robbers are planning another one. I know it’s really detailed for a RP, but I wanted to see how this would work. LGBT+ encouraged, please add more guys, but let’s try and have an even mix of both genders. Let’s keep it PG-13 or less.

So you can have up to 2 characters but A) they have to be on different sides, and B) they cannot both be MAIN characters. Let one of them take a back seat.

Personality: Talks too much and talks too fast, tends to trail off a lot while talking as well, tries to see all sides of the story and good and filling in most of the details himself, or at least he guesses and makes it more entertaining for himself, slightly homocidal.
Appearance: Dirty blonde hair that covers his eyes in a side fringe so he's constantly sweeping it aside, blue/ grey eyes, skinny and slender, a burn scar on his leg with some smaller ones on his hands and up his arms
Occupation: Robber (but more of an arsonist)
