Well, it's like any other mono relationship, except the partners work in a more complicated dynamic since there are more of them. Each has to love all the others equally or there will be some conflict. Being poly is usually seen as "Oh they're all sluts to get more sex" but that isn't the reason at all. Being poly means you can love more than one person at a time and not necessarily out for sex in the slightest. Orgies and threesomes depend on the partners of the group; sometimes it's okay and sometimes two just want to have some one-on-one time for a time. Of course, jealousy happens but it can be easily resolved by communication. Even polys have a limit to the number of people they can love at one time. (For example, my limit is two or three people. Nothing more or I get overwhelmed and super stressed, even just thinking about it.)

Car rides can be tricky as someone is always going to be sitting in the back seat. People always assume they are a group of "really good friends" before being poly.
