"How about your place?" Sephie said, still kind of in shock about the whole soulmate thing, "I'm currently staying in a hotel and I have no ideas what else to do."

"Okay. We can head back to my place and figure something out there." Lindsey stood and gave a smile.

To herself, she muttered, "What are the chances…"

@Skylark

Not hearing Lindsey's muttered words, Sephie also stood up.
"Ok, let me get my stuff together real quick," Sephie said, bending over to get her bag and put her laptop in it.
Soulmate. Soulmatesoulmatesoulmate. Oh my goodness
She stood up, "Alrighty, let's go," she said with a small smile.

Lindsey nodded and they headed out together. Lindsey assumed that Sephie had her own car and handed her address and phone number to her. "I'll see you in a few minutes then."

@Skylark

Sephie took the paper. "You could have written it on your arm," she joked as they parted and she began to head towards her motorcycle.

"Good point." Lindsey gave a little chuckle and hopped in her car.

@Skylark

Sephie was smiling to herself as she got on her bike and headed towards Lindsey's address.
Once she got there, she hopped off and headed to the front door.
I wonder if she's here yet, she thought as she knocked on the door.

@Natasha

Blaine glanced down at her arm, her attention distracted from the long, white dress her cousin was trying on.

That sounds like it would be fun! I'm in.

Matteo smirked and wrote back, Excellent. Meet me at Rita's Harbor when you're done with your cousin. Then he stood up. "I have to go take care of some things Liz, I'll be back later." He said, grabbing his backpack. Elizabeth raised her eyebrow. "Okay. See you later then."

It's going to be a while, unfortunately… She's only on dress number one of five.

"Blaine! What do you think? Do you like this one?" Kenzie asked, looking at her cousin in the mirror.

"Hm…" Blaine studied the dress and the way it fit Kenzie. It hugged her in the right places, but something just didn't seem right. She walked over the other four and studied them for a few moments, then grabbed the only ballgown-style dress. "Try this one. It'll complement your body shape."

Kenzie looked at the dress, seeming unsure. "All right, if you say so. I just got that one to be a little different, it wasn't really my style, but I'll try it on because I trust your judgment."

A few minutes later, Kenzie was back in front of the mirror, this time wearing the dress that Blaine had picked out for her. The glitter-covered top shimmered and sparkled in the light, while the skirt draped perfectly from her hips. A collective gasp came from the rest of the women, excluding Blaine, when Kenzie came out.

"Oh, baby girl, that's perfect," Kenzie's mother whispered, choking up a bit. She dabbed a handkerchief on the corner of her eyes, blotting away a tear.

Kenzie's eyes lit up, and she looked at her reflection. "You really think so, Mama?"

"Girl, you look stunning!" Willow exclaimed, her mouth agape as she stared at her friend.

"Haha, well, I really like this one, too," Kenzie laughed lightly. She nodded. "Yes. Yes, this is it. I found my dress, guys!"

Oh, thank goodness that's over! Blaine thought with a deep sigh as the woman cheered.

Okay, I'm actually done now. I'll be there soon, she wrote on her arm.

Lindsey heard a knock on the door and went to answer it. "Hey Sephie! Come on in."

@Skylark

Sephie walked into Linsey's home. "H-hi again," she said shyly, "You have a lovely home."

"Thank you. Good to see you again. And at my house too…" She tried to not to freak out externally but totally was internally.

@Natasha

Matteo nodded. I'm driving there now.

"Hey, I'm meeting someone in a bit, so I'm gonna go now. Get that dress, Kenzie," Blaine said as she walked out the door.

You shouldn't write and drive, Matteo. ;)

@Skylark

"Thank you. Good to see you again. And at my house too…" She tried to not to freak out externally but totally was internally.

"Heh yeah… so now what?" Sephie asked, rubbing the back of her neck.

"We could watch a movie or play a game or go somewhere. It's totally up to you. I just wanna spend time with you." Lindsey blushed and smiled.

@Skylark

"I want to hang out with you, too," Sephie said in a rush, a seemingly permanent blush on her cheeks, "I know I literally just got here, but would you like to go see my studio? We could take my bike if you want to."

@Natasha

Matteo gave a small laugh. Yeah I know. I'll see you soon then.

"Sounds super cool. You've written so much about your ideas for it. I can't wait to see it." Lindsey nodded and headed towards the door, opening it for Sephie.

@Natasha

(I'm honestly tempted to have Matteo get into a car crash.)

(Oh dear. Another case of Author's revenge.)

@Skylark

"Sounds super cool. You've written so much about your ideas for it. I can't wait to see it." Lindsey nodded and headed towards the door, opening it for Sephie.

Sephie led Lindsey over to her motorcycle. She got her spare helmet out of one of the saddlebags and gave it to Lindsey before putting on her own helmet.
"Ok, so just get on behind me and hold onto my waist," she said as she swung her leg over the bike.

"Gladly." Lindsey winked and hopped on behind her, holding gently around her waist. She was gonna like this girl for sure. "Awesome bike by the way."

(Please, no!)

Matteo gave a small laugh. Yeah I know. I'll see you soon then.

Yeah, see you soon.

Blaine headed off to the small coffee shop as soon as she had finished replying to Matteo. Once she was there, she waited by her car for him.

@Natasha

When Matteo finally got to the coffee shop, he breathed a sigh of relief. That car cut it pretty close there. He thought as he got out and walked over to Blaine.

group

"Hello, hello!" Blaine greeted Matteo as he made his way over to her, giving him a small wave.

@Natasha

Matteo gave her a half smile and returned her small wave. "I have zero energy right now." He said as she ran his hands over his face.

"Well, that's what coffee is for. And we're at a coffee shop," Blaine pointed out. "I already had coffee. Like, a lot of coffee. It was the only way I could stand to be in that dress shop for as long as I was. And now I'm rambling, sorry. I do that when I'm overcaffeinated."
