" These door are shut completely, I think the keys are still in, we just need to get these doors open.. somehow." Zoe was determined to get out. She ran to the emergency windows to see if she could get them open while Nikki was trying to open the door.
"So," Nikki said, grunting as she worked on the door. "What do we do when or if we get this door open? And if we can't, what do we do?"
Zoe looked at the dead bodies that littered the ground. "We'll make a camp and wait for now, we need time to recover. For now Imma loot these bodies." Zoe careful stepped over each body one by one, turning them over and looting their bags for what they had.
"Would we camp in the bus?" Nikki said as she finally opened the doors. "I mean, the bus is shelter."
" No, theres too many dead bodies around, the smoke will probably suffocate us so no. We should camp outside anyway. Someone might see the fire." Zoe was determined to stay alive and get her and her friends home. After looting the bodys and putting the extra items in bags, Zoe made her way through the door and stepped into the unknown world.
Nikki followed, Mavi's cage in her arms.

When she stepped outside to look at the wreckage, she wasn't really surprised. Then she started making the camp, blocking out the noise, and listening to her own thoughts. For the first time, she actually welcomed the loneliness.

After she was done putting up the tents, Zoe went inside, to check up on Nikki and the boys. As she looked up at the sky, it was going to be dark soon " Is everyone ok? It's going to get dark soon." Deep down in her gut, she knew this was going to be a long journey.
