Zoe woke up early in the morning to her phone buzzing on the nightstand.

Zoe grumbled as she threw the alarm clock across the room making it break on impact went it hit the other wall.
"Stupid time." She mumbled as she rolled herself out of the bed and dragged her tired and possibly dead body to the bathroom.

Her phone still buzzed on the nightstand; someone was calling her.

She sighed as she forced herself to calm down and pick up the phone. "So."
The someone calling her was her fellow Guardian.
"Zoe? My god, you took forever to answer!"
"OH MY GODS, ZACH ITS 7 AM IN THE MORNING YOU PATHETIC LIMP NOODLE!"

"It is the morning, Zoe," Zack calmly said into the phone, which was now on speaker.

"Apparently I live underwater too? Also, that doesn't make sense."
"No wonder you don't have any fun, I hate you." She emphasized before hanging up and crashed on the couch
Zach sighed. He reluctantly pressed the call button again. "Little piece of…"
Zoe groaned as she heard the phone ringing again. If she didn't pick it up, he was probably going to do something horrible to get in contact with her again. "Alright what is sooooo important and it better be good."
"Yes, it is really important, actually," Zach's voice had become hardened and annoyed very fast. "There's a Space Worm that's terrorizing Sector 487B and we need to get over there."
