(Hey!)

“You namers a cat… Kat?” Brennan asked. “She’s on the chair napping. She’s fine”

Ellen sighed in relief. "How's the ship look?"

“Could be better, kind of in a hole it created though. Might need some minor repairs but it seemed okay, I was more worried about you and the cat to get a good look at it.” He said rocking back and standing up straight.

Ellen cautiously sat up, rubbing her head. "Good. I don't need things on fire." She squinted suspiciously at Brennan. "What planet am I on? It didn't give a name on the scanner. Is there an outpost where I can repair and refuel my ship?"

“Not exactly. The only things on this planet are this house. And a few other essentials for living. I’m the only one here. Or I guess were the only ones here.” He said. “I’m not sure what it’s called else where but I call this planet home”

(What kind of environment is the planet? Is it just one like Star Wars planets, or is it like earth?)
"Huh. How'd you end up here by yourself?"

(I would think like earth)
“I don’t really know. I just know I’ve been here since I was a child” he said, taking a seat beside her.

"Huh." Ellen stood up, ignoring the throbbing pain in her head. "I need to go check the ship."

“No. Sit. There’s time for that later. You need to drink some water. And eat. Then probably rest.” He said gently pulling her back down on the couch.

Ellen grudgingly let him pull her back down. "Fine." She grumbled. Kat got up and made her way into Ellen's lap, purring. "Well, I must be in good company if Kat's being calm and compliant." She looked at Brennan. "What's your name?"

“Oh my manners I swear. Guess when you live alone you get a free pass… right?” He said with an awkward smile. “I’m Brennan. And you are?”

"Amar. Ellen Amar." She smiled slightly. "How long have you been alone?"

“Since I was 12. My mother was here too, but she uh.. pasted” He responded.

Ellen nodded. "What about your dad?"

“Never knew him” he said looking down.

Ellen rested her chin in her hands, snorting. "Dads. Who needs 'em?" She reached over to the coffee table and took the glass of water.

(You still on fren?)

(I gtg for the night)

(Sorry was watching a movie)
“Very true” he said with a light chuckle.

(That's okay! What movie?)

(It’s called Life Me Up. It’s on Netflix.)

(Heyo, you on?)

“Very true” he said with a light chuckle.

Ellen nodded, standing up. "I should go see the ship. Assess the damage, get my stuff, see if Sona's still working."

(Are you on?)

(I am. I thought I posted but I guess it didn’t post)
“Okay. But come back here when your done. I have some food left over from my dinner if your hungry” He said standing up.

"Okay, thanks." She walked out of the house to find it situated in a valley, a small brook nearby with trees spreading up the hills. She gave a low whistle. "Nice place. Wonder if this is what earth's like." She made her way to the wreckage and cautiously climbed in. She walked into the cockpit and gave an experimental tap to the interface. "Sona, you there?" A light flicker feebly. "What can I d-do for you Amar?" The ship's computer, Sona, asked. "Gave me a report of the ship's condition. Pronto." The computer gave a faint whirring sound. Sparks leapt from a crack on the interface. "Fuel tank: Completely empty. Coolant container: Shattered." The computer continued listing. Ellen groaned. "What's the estimated time for repairs, and the probability of fixing them?" She asked. "With proper equipment, repair should take an estimated one to two weeks. The probability of completely repairing the ship is at 65%." Ellen sighed. "Jorgus is going to have my hide if I'm late." She muttered, grabbing a tablet and plugging it into the computer, downloading Sona onto the tablet. She grabbed her few belongings. A change of clothes, her sketchbook, Kat's food, and her MusicPod. She climbed out of the wreckage and walked back to the house. "Well, I hope you don't mind company for a few days. Sona says I'm going to be stuck here for a while." She said, walking back in.

“Not at all. I have a spare bedroom. You can use it if you want. Would you like some food or do you want to just go to your room for a while?” He asked petting Kat who sat beside him on the couch purring.

Ellen nodded. "I'll take some food. All I have in the ship is ration fare." She made a face.
(I gtg do something. I'll be back in 15 minutes or so)

(Okay)
Brennan stood up and walked into the kitchen pulling out a plate of Fetticine Alfredo from the fridge and sticking it in the microwave to heat up.
“Hope you like noodles and chicken!”
