Harbor Cafe (characters wanted !)

"You're still a child to me," she said, pausing to inhale the smoke. "I basically had to raise two kids so I feel like a mom anyway."

"Oh please. I caretake an entire dimension of children in adult bodies." He took one final hit before looking at a watch. "Would you look at that? 10 minutes are up and you're higher than a kite. I do believe I win."

"No I'm not!" She protested, not daring to move. "And I smoked more than you!"

"Really now? Try standing up, I dare you."

"I am standing," she said. "Like… against the wall. I swear. But moral of the…. situation-er-story? Is that I smoked like five bowls in ten minutes. So ha."

"Alright. Would you like me to magic you back to sobriety or are you alright giggling in a back room when you might have customers?"

She leaned forward a bit, stretching. "I'm okay, I do this all the time and still work." She then took a large step forward, and somehow tripped on air and fell, hitting her shoulder on a table. "I'm fine! Just like… sea legs… um…"

Samandriel laughed. "It makes it better that you're on this gods forsaken board walk."

"Shhhhhhhh," she said, rolling over on her back and looking at the ceiling. "Colors are brighter, I want to look at them."

"Gods, roll around on the floor like a slobbering idiot why don't you?" He snapped his fingers, clearing the smoke from the room and vaporizing the pipes before leaving her on the floor. He walked out and sat at a stool with a window view

Her eyes fluttered shut and she began to snore lightly.

(lol brb I'm going to go have some normal brownies)

(luckyy I haven't had brownies in forever) Samandriel looked out at the ocean. A fog was starting to roll in, which mean more cold. If it wasn't so freezing and wet, the ocean would almost be beautiful

Viv looked up as the annoying guy cane back in. “Where’s Amber?!”

"Absolutely passed out. Poor little lightweight," he snickered

Vivienne stood up. “What?!”

"Oh don't worry. She got a little too much in her system and passed out on the floor. Apparently she does this all the time. Not the greatest business management but I guess she tries."

"There's not even anybody here!" She said loudly, her voice muffled by her sleeve.
(I just choked on a ramen noodle and I feel attacked by the one thing I thought I could trust)

Vivienne gritted her teeth, storming past Annoying Guy and ito the back r oom.

Samandriel rolled his eyes, staring judgementally out at the waves. He most certainly didn't want to go back outside, and had nowhere to stay until what he was now sure was a storm was done with this town
