Jade got out of the kitchen, walking towards the main hall. In her hands, she had a huge hamburger. She had told the chef that it was a lunch for Marcus because of that he had taken an extra shift, and that she was supposed to go deliver it to him. Not that any of that was a single bit true. She came to a stop just as she took a bite. Talin was in front of her. "Talin. Hi." She licked ketchup from her finger. "Could you possibly pretend like you didn't see this?"

(Oh, absolutely. Hamburgers are almost as good as pizza.)

When Sonia heard footsteps coming towards them, she hid her plate behind her back. When she realized it was the prince, she relaxed, but didn't move her plate. She shot him a small smile.

(True, very true. Although, I might have to say that hamburgers are even better.)

"This is absolutely not what it seems like," Jade said, with the hamburger in her hand. She smiled, and took another bite just to prove her point.

Sonia raised an eyebrow, but started to eat her hamburger as well. "Yeah. It might seem like it, but you shouldn't trust appearances."

"That's good. And the royal chef is great, you really should give him a pay raise." Jade smirked. "What was it that you needed to talk to us about?"
