Looks: Medium-length fluffy blonde hair, kind blue eyes, light freckles, lightly tanned pale skin, friendly/disarming smile. Angular face/jaw and broad shoulders. He has a tall, nearly lanky frame which hides his athletic build. 5'11", 193 lbs. Rather attractive with a sort of femininity and grace to him that hides his true wrathful monster. Almost always dressed like he's about to go to a business meeting with back slacks, black shoes, belt, and tie, with a white button-down dress shirt and a black overcoat/trench coat. Black trilby hat he wears on particular days. Always two pairs of black gloves in his inner pockets. Sometimes has a sword-cane with him when he goes out to questionable places and always has a backup dagger within his sleeves.
Magic: Can control the blood in his victims, allowing him to, in turn, control their bodies by moving the blood in their appendages. He can only do this by using his hands to control the blood-bending. If his hands are restrained, he cannot use his power.
Personality: Confident to the point of cockiness, cunning/sly, creative, organized, curious, psychotic. Extremely intelligent and observant. Flirtatious and charming when he wants to seduce or use someone. Can be a bit of a wildcard when it comes to genuine reactions. He likes playing and winning games, gambling, taking risks, murdering, toying with people, taming and training random animals in his mansion for security, being lusty, greedy, and prideful, and enjoys making deals that mostly–if not entirely–benefit him. He dislikes kangaroos, humanity, and humans in general.
Worst fear: He doesn't fear things, he only has concerns. The only thing that one might consider a fear is losing all of his power and never being able to return to that glory.
Dreams/Hopes/Wishes: He is currently planning for world domination through using robots and plants on a molecular level as he is trying to program both systems with the same design to kill and capture humanity and destroy anything/anyone that gets in his way. So there's that.
Other: He is a psychological liar and he feels no emotion, rather, he mimics emotions he's seen before in order to blend in with the fools around him. He likes to plant evidence in his neighbors' apartments. Is a bioengineer/chemist that specializes in robotics and botanical studies/warfare. He likes to test his new designs out on his victims to work out any kinks in the programming. He has a wife named Maria and two children (Charles and Harley) with her. He sees his son as a disgrace, as he is going off to practice medicine and get his degree as a surgeon. He sees his daughter as flawed, but his last hope to continue his legacy. Maria is supportive of his plans and his habits, not really caring at all about what he does.
