Belial sighs, cupping her hands around both of their faces. Matrix flinches at her touch.
"I'll see what I can do. But. Dear brother. I am sure he will not change his mind about this. Remember Greg? No mercy." She turns to Corbin and smiles warmly at him, "Take care of this little trouble maker ok? I'll probably be back." And with that she disappears.

Corbin tensed at the woman’s touch, and resisted the urge to jerk away. He looked at Matrix once she was gone. “Matrix.. who was that? And who is Greg?” He asked.
Matrix sighs, "That was my big sister Belial. She was the second to last of us to be made. Greg was her fiance. My father, Satan, killed and dismembered him in front of her."

Corbin’s eyes widened in surpise and fear. “What?!” He explaimed with pure surpise. “She.. She said something could happen to me. Could that happen?”
"Yep!" Matrix pats Corbin's shoulder, "It's ok though. I won't let it."

Corbin tensed up at Matrix’s tone. “How can you be so unworried about this?” He said, an edge to his tone as he frowned heavily.
"Cause it won't happen." He says this sharply but then sighs and relaxes slightly.

“You don’t know that,” Corbin responded, and had resisted the urge to flinch at the sharpness in Matrix’s tone. He thought that the other should be more worried about this.
Matrix sighs, scratching his head, "Look. Really all I can do for you is say… If you see a red eyed Goat. Run for your fucking life." He opens the door to the house

Corbin gave Matrix a sharp look. He slipped inside and walked down the hall, letting Orion into his bedroom before shutting the door. He sat on his bed and curled in on himself, taking a shuddering breath.
Matrix walks inside as well. He sighs as he just paces around the living room. He pauses every time he walks past the metals and display.

Corbin’s eyes squeezed shut. This was not the time to haev an anxiety attack. He had too much going on, he couldn’t fall apart.
Matrix pauses and looks down the hall to Corbin's room. He could sense the human's unease. He walks up to the door and knocks gently with his knuckles, "Corbin? You ok bud?"

“I’m fine,” Corbin responds back, though there was an obvious shudder in his voice. Matrix didn’t seem to care about the possibility could of him dying.
"Corbin. I heard that shake. Are you decent?" He puts his hand on the door knob but waits

Corbin gave a sharp huff at that. “I’m decent,” he said in response. He wrapped his arms a bit tighter around himself as he did his best to contain himself.
Matrix nods to himself and opens the door, crossing his arms, "Alright. Now what's wrong?"

“What do you think?” Corbin mumbled, an unintentional edge in his tone. He didn’t look at Matrix, but looked at the floor by the other’s feet.
"Uh… Idenna?" Matrix shrugs, his arms slightly limp. He walks up to the side of Corbin's bed

“You don’t care,” Corbin huffed. He shifted, rolling away so his back would face Matrix now instead when the other approached.
"Uh… I don't care… About what? You? Satan trying to find and kill you now?" Matrix huffs, bending over and flicking Corbin in the back of the head. He has shrunk down to his normal size and looks.

Corbin tensed at the flick. “About me possibly getting killed,” he mumbled. Orion watched the two closely, his ears perked as his head rested back on Corbin’s legs.
"Dude now you're being weird. To get to and from Hell it takes millennia. Or a few months if the demon is desperate." Matrix looks around then crouches down beside the bed, resting his chin on the mattress.

“I’m not being weird,” Corbin snapped. “I’m a fucking human. A mortal. I can die, and just knowing that I will die at the hands of some fucking demon makes me sick.”
"Did you even hear a word that I said… Anyway. Satan doesn't give two shits about me and will most likely forget this whole thing about you in about a week… Which. Like I said. Isn't enough time and a waste of it." Matrix sighs

Corbin didn’t respond now and frowned heavily to himself instead. He understood what Matrix was saying, but he was still worried about it.
"Aw is little baby scared of the big bad monster in the forest?" Matrix mocks, trying to raise the mood slightly

“Shut up,” Corbin mumbled quietly. He tugged the covers up a bit more to reach almost to his shoulders.
Matrix chuckles then stands. He whacks Corbin's back, "Scoot."

Corbin turned his head to glare sharply at Matrix because of the slap to his back. With a huff, he complied and moved over a bit.
