Layla almost jumped out of the tree at this surprising remark. "What's wrong?" She asked, worried.
Alena shakes her head. "I just hate water."
"Oh." Layla flashed back to earlier. "I can't swim. I guess that gives me a reason to not like water."
Alena only nods.
Layla looks at her now fiddling hands. "It's been an interesting couple days hasn't it."
Alena only nods.
Layla struggled to find a way to get down. "How do I get down?"
Alena holds her hand out. "I'll lower you down"
Kaliyah poked her head out of the water and took a deep breath
Alena looked at Kaliyah.
Kaliyah stared. She lifted her arms out of the water, splashing the others “hello.”
"Hey…" Alena waves back
“Who are you and what are you doing here?” She asked
"I'm Alena…" She says before trailing off.
“Kaliyah.” She replied and started swimming around
Alena smiled slightly.
“So what are you doing here?”
Alena hisses. "Whatever I need to do…"
Kaliyah rolled her eyes “I meant why are you here but not swimming? What’s the point?”
"I'm not swimming, because I hate water…"
Kaliyah stared “you’re weird.. I like you.” She said getting out
Alena looks confused. "I'm sorry what…?"
She shook her head “never mind.”
Alena nods. "So…water hybrid…?"
“Not really, more like ice dragon.”
Alena hums and nods.
“What about you?” She asks, drying herself
"Panther hybrid…" Alena yawns.
“Not wonder you don’t like water.” She said
