Cael inhaled at the nickname, which, though Baå of course didn't know it, just reminded the angel of the fact that his wings no longer worked. That he couldn't fly. He gritted his teeth, but stepped aside. "Fine. Goodbye."

(So uh. What now? Idk what to do lol)

@Oakiin

(Do you want to have a plotting party, and try and figure out a rough guideline of events? ^^ We could brainstorm ideas, then choose our favorite ones)

@ElderGod-Icefire

(lmaoo sounds like a good idea. I have like…a few vague ideas that I kinda wanna do, but do you have any?)

@Oakiin

(Lemme get back to you after dinner! I might have a couple! ^^)

@ElderGod-Icefire

(alright! Mine were just…idk if I'ma do them or not, they're just things I might throw in lol)

@Oakiin

(Sure thing, I feel that ^^ Okay, so shall we just to an idea dump? ^^)

@ElderGod-Icefire

(sure! So basically like…idk how to explain my idea. But before I say it, do you have any triggers/things you won't RP?)

@Oakiin

(Hey, any way you explain it s sure to be great :D
Not really! I'm not a huge fan of NSFW, but I'm pretty chill with most everything! I suppose I should ask the same, you got anything I should actively avoid?)

@ElderGod-Icefire

(Alright lol. Nope! By not a huge fan of NSFW, does that mean you would prefer absolutely no mention of it, or that you would just prefer not to RP it? Like if I were to include possible like…so my idea has to do with a fishy contract and…possibly a little accidental prostitution maybe? like I said, it's weird and hard to explain, but that's basically the gist of it lmao)

@Oakiin

(I don't mind it being mentioned! I just don't like to rp it :) That does sound like a good plot point ^^
One of the ideas I had for keeping them interacting, is to have them 'cosmically' run into each other over and over again, just to keep them frustrated xDD)

@ElderGod-Icefire

(Yup! Basically Cael sort of accidentally signed a contract that allows his employer to kinda sorta "Sell" him?? idk the details yet lmao
Oooh that's perfect!)

@Oakiin

(Sure thing! Any ideas on where that will lead? :D
Yay! :D Maybe we can even have them grudgingly save each other's butts sometimes xDD)

@ElderGod-Icefire

(I was thinking maybe since Cael isn't really…very willing or something, and Baå sees that and ends up like saving him from someone that was going to hurt him?? idk lol)
(oooh perfect lmao)

@ElderGod-Icefire

(also I gtg soon, sorry)

@Oakiin

(Hey sounds like we have a plan then! xDD Shall we have them maybe meet randomly one more time, then that happen?)
(And np, same here. ^^)

@ElderGod-Icefire

(ooh sounds good!!)

@Oakiin

(Sorry I vanished there for a couple days :/ Been sorta mentally lowwww but I'm back <3 Do you want to start, or shall I?)

@ElderGod-Icefire

(tis fine, don't worry about it :) I don't have a preference, which would you prefer?)

@Oakiin

(Thank-you <3 I can go ahead if you want! I looked back, and it is technically my turn still xDD Do we wanna do ta time skip to when we next meet, and work forward from there?)

@ElderGod-Icefire

(Yes please lmao. Sure!)

@Oakiin

(Okkii, here we go! :D)

Baå stood miserably in the rain, waiting for the dang bus to show up. It'd been several days since his encounter with the angel, and the anger and sadness from the interaction had yet to leave him alone. His band had turned a faded silver-blue, as if it was mourning the loss of it's partner.
He took to wearing gloves now. It was better to not have to see it reminding him of what had happened.
The bus was still running late, according to the app on his phone a full three stops behind schedule. He sighed and slumped down onto the bench, tucking as far under the tiny amount of roof as he could.
"I hate rain," he said out loud to no one.

@ElderGod-Icefire

(Thanks! Also I gtg in about twenty minutes, just a heads-up)

Cael was heading for the bus stop. He just hoped he wasn't too late for it, otherwise he'd have to walk in this miserable, disgusting weather. Which he really, really didn't want to do. Although when he arrived at the stop and saw who else was already waiting…he started to seriously consider just turning and walking to work. He sat down as far away from the demon as he could, although that wasn't very far, considering how small the bus stop was.

@Oakiin

(Hey, sorry, but I'm going afk until Saturday. I just have too much school and too much work rn, and the two are making it really had to get either done TwT So I'll be back then!)

@ElderGod-Icefire

(Oh oof, that sucks. It's fine! Good luck with that!)

@Oakiin

(Thanks for understanding!! I'm finally free again xDD)

Baå closed his eyes and quietly groaned in misery as, lo and behold, his supposed soulmate sat down in the same area.
"Bus's three stops behind," he said abruptly. "So get cozy."

@ElderGod-Icefire

(Yeah no problem! Yay! XD)

He looked up, and nodded a little bit. "Alright." he replied. "…thanks." he wrapped his arms around himself, taking a deep breath and shaking his head just a little bit.

@Oakiin

Baå fell silent again, hunching over and letting his hair fall over his face as best it could given it was stuck in soaking wet strands. He almost wanted to talk o the angel, see if maybe, they could have a second chance, but try as he might, he couldn't overcome the bitterness lodged in his heart over their first encounter.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Cael took a deep breath, closing his eyes for a moment. He didn't really know what to do or say. He didn't really want to talk to Baå, but…he felt like maybe he should? He didn't know. He sighed, running a hand through his golden hair.

@Oakiin

"You still working at your place?" Baå finally said, forcing himself to break the silence. He didn't look over at the angel, but tried to keep his tone clear of any negative emotion.

@ElderGod-Icefire

"Yeah." Cael actually had two jobs; the day job, the one that paid better, and the other one, the one he had signed up for without knowing what he was getting into. Without knowing that he wasn't just going to be singing; he was also signing over his body.
