Different setup to my other roleplay. Just jump straight in. If you wanna announce that you are joining, feel free to do so in brackets. I'll post the starter after this, then y'all can join when you wanna.

The lab was devastated, out in the middle of nowhere. The roof was pitted with holes and sagged in places, threatening to cave. Tables and benches were overturned, experiments scattered on the floor, abandoned in haste. Chemicals spilt on the floor mixed freely. The place was a silent wasteland.
It stretched for miles in all directions, the biggest lab on earth. And no power was getting through that night. No lights, no heating, no life support, and worst of all, no containment field. Something was free
No one remembered a thing, all memories of the incident, as lost as the cause of the disaster. No one knew what they were doing at the lab, what they were studying. All files were missing. Something was very very wrong.

i wake up to way too bright lights blinding me after hours of nothingness. i see another person on the other side of the room strapped to a metal bench. “okay, where the FUCK are we?!”
Another person walked in, tripping over some cables strewn across the pitch black room. "How the hell am I supposed to know." He said.
A Girl slowly sat up from her spot on the ground and rubbed her head. She thought It was her old room untill she saw a person strapped to a meta bench ¨What the F*ck is that¨ She asked.
"Wow, you guy's really aren't that helpful. Did you know that?" I turn to see reflective pane's of glass, I assume one-way mirrors, across the entire wall. "Here's a WILD guess, we are in a lab room, about to be patronised like bunny rabbits, GREAT!" Just what I was missing in my already super busy life.
"Rabbits? I don't think there were any rabbits my first look over…" The guy said, missing any sarcasm.
"Wow, we have a comedian!"

The girl blinked, sitting up slowly. "Ugh…" she was no stranger, nor new to this situation. She'd been moved, flown in and out of various countries and states, each experiment ending in a failure. But what had gone wrong this time? Why didn't she wake up in a vehicle, or a form of air transport? Something was terribly wrong. She saw several others, making some idle small talk. Her skin was dirty, spotted with dirt and dust. She was wearing a drab hospital gown, one too big for her. It was dull blue, dragging on the floor. Her inky black feathered wings were hidden in the shadows, tucked in behind her back. "Where the hell am I?" she asked, her voice full of scorn, a slight hint of fear hidden between the brave face she put up.
"That is the top question." He said, making his way over to her and reached his hand down to help her up.

She appeared to be in her teenage years, about 15-19 years of age. Accepting the other male's hand up, she got to her feet. "Alright, next question. What happened?" she scanned the room, making note of small details.
"That is also, a top question. The power is completely out, I can't access any files or records." He spotted some sort of computer at the back of the room and ran over to it, disappearing underneath to try and sort the wiring.
"Well isn't this just fantastic!" I say with such sarcasm. I decided to check the room for any cameras or speakers.
He stuck his head out from underneath the bench. "Uhhh… What about them?" He said, gesturing at the person on the table.

"Alright then, let's start with a question you can answer. Who are you?" she asked, sighing.
I turn to face her, staring this girl dead in the eyes. "Is that REALLY important information right now?! Kinda in the middle of figuring out what the FUCK just happened!" I turn back to examining the walls.
"Someone seems a little grumpy. We all just need to calm down. My name is Sebastian. I have no idea what happened or what's going on." He crawled out and put his hands up as a peaceful gesture.

The girl recoiled, not expecting such a strong reaction. "Geez, just curious. Besides, this has never happened before, has anyone seen scientists of any kind, or anyone of the sort who would be around in this area?"

"Someone seems a little grumpy. We all just need to calm down. My name is Sebastian. I have no idea what happened or what's going on." He crawled out and put his hands up as a peaceful gesture.
She blinked, suddenly realizing she had mild amnesia. What was her name again? The only name, or number actually that came to mind was 706. "I'm… 706?" her voice had a little lilt at the end, indicating that she wasn't quite sure. "I honestly can't quite remember…"
"Fine, I'm Sunny. I don't know where we are but Sebastian I swear to GOD if you blow the power while trying to fix that damn computer I will NOT be happy!" I look up to see the camera lights blinking. "You know what, nevermind, take out the power for the entire block. Hell if I care." I walk out.
"Ugh, power is already out!" Sebastian yelled after her. "Not sure about scientists, whether anyof us are or we're experiments or what. And 706? You need a name. Make one up. That's what I did." He threw a clump of wires on the floor. "It's unfixable. Something or someone tore out the hard drive.:

"Hey, where are you going?" the girl called after Sunny. She may not like Sunny, but that didn't mean they had a better chance of survival if they stuck together. But Sebastian on the other hand… he seemed like a nice guy. Another name/number came to mind. Cassia04. Huh. Maybe she could go by "Cassia 4" for now.

"Call me Cassia 4," she decided.
I sit there lost in my thoughts, I can't tell them I know where we are and what is going on, they'll hate me. I was thrown in there to help them get out. Right now, however, I must act as clueless as the rest of them. I walk back in, a little calmer than before. "Cassia, I like it! Really suits you!"
"Cassia? Nice." He made his way to the metal table and examined the body like he'd done it before. "Stone dead. Has been for around… uh… 5 hours? Killed by trauma to the head, neck, and chest." He rubbed his hands together and looked around some more.

Stunned by the girl, Sunny's sudden change of attitude, Cassia blinked. "Wha- thanks," she said, with a hint of surprise in her voice.
"Seb, It was moving when I got up, it hasn't been 5 hours, more like 45 minutes. It died of its injuries in pain and alone…" My voice breaks, that's new.
"There were some supplies in another room, I woke up before you guys, I'll go get them," Sebastian said, before moving slowly to the wall and opening a near-invisible door by shoving his shoulder against it.

"It? That's a human right there, just as deserving of pronouns as we are," Cassia tried to say, but her voice was tired, and devoid of anger, let alone emotion.
