If I were you I'd just browse through pinterest for writing prompts, that's how I made the rp I started.

I could just yeet in some random dialogue and have people go from there. I did that once too and it worked but we'd have to make some characters.

a group of people finds them self in the hospital how that's what they can remember and all of them want to get out because the hospital feels wrong for some reason but they can't go out at all so they devise a plan to get out. little do they know there in the hospital for a good reason. An old military base blew up with everyone inside it the only people to escape were the experiments the experiments were transferred to the hospital they are in now.
