Rose held a teddy bear up in the air.
“Well, beary was court summoned for a crime he didn’t commit, and Barbie is his lawyer, but she’s new.”
Angelo nudged Habiki. “Max watched a lot of law and order…”
" ohh, seems fun. ill be the judge, lets hear the case shall we?"
Rose laughed, making the bear walk toward Max and handing the barbie to Angelo. "Your honor! I did not steal the cookies! I promise!"
Angelo chuckled, moving the doll. "I have proof, your honor!"
" i would like to see the proof." habiki said with fake authority
Angelo whispered to rose. "Uhh… Ma'am, I lost the proof."
Rose gasped. "Cheryl! I told you to make sure you had it! Now we have to leave the country!" She stood up and started running around the room, laughing
habiki laughed as well, running after rose " im putting you in jail!"
Rose giggled, trying to run as Angelo grabbed her. "Don't leave without me!"
habiki laughed, grabbing the both of them in a hug " gotcha!"
Angelo laughed hard, trying to break free before giving up. "aw no!! Rose, what will we do?"
Rose hugged back, giggling.
"go to jail!" habki joked
Rose yelped, and laughed, trying to get away
Angelo chuckled, watching them as he smiled with a slight blush
habiki spun rose around, eventually setting her down. his face had some showed pain in it but not enough to be clear.
Angelo noticed, going immediately to Habiki's side. "Hey, hey take it easy, okay?"
Rose looked up, concerned. "Are you okay?"
" im fine," he said to both of them. " its not that bad.."
Angelo set Habiki in his lap, staring to massage his back again. "Biki… do we need to get it checked out?"
" no, im fine" he said and whimpered softly when angelo first started.
Angelo glared, looking at his back and wincing one he saw it had turned purple. "Biki, babe, why dont you rest for a minute."
" i cant, the law doesn't rest so i cant either." he said
Angelo sighed, picking up Habiki and setting him on their bed as he made a small nest. Are you sure you're alright?
Rose watched with concern, then started playing again, looking into the room occasionally
habiki laid in the nest yes, its just a bit of pain..
Angelo bit his lip slightly, handing Habiki some advil from the drawer. Take this, okay? I'm going to schedule you an appointment. He thought as he started back out to keep Rose occupied
habiki gave a soft growl but took the medicine. he ended up falling asleep, though he whined most of the time. it was clear the pain was more then what he put out
Angelo kept glancing back, wincing at the pain he was feeling from Habiki. Eventually, he decided just to take him to the hospital now.
"Come on, Rose. We gotta go on a field trip."
She nodded, getting her shoes on as Angelo went to wake Habiki
habiki woke, " do i need to cook supper?" he asked softly and rubbed the sleep from his eyes,
Angelo shook his head. "Doctors. Now. No protesting." He mumbled as he picked Habiki up gently
habiki gave a shakey growl " angie.." he mumbled into the others neck.
Angelo stayed gentle, but firm, growling back at Habiki as he helped him into the car, and buckled Rose in the backseat
habiki wouldnt look at his alpha
Angelo sighed, running a hand through Habiki's hair as he pulled out. "Im sorry mi amor, but I couldn't bear to see you like that. It hurt, Biki."
" its alright.." he said and kept his eyes out the window.
