Name: Heath Vertias
Age: 23
Gender/sex: Male
Appearance: Heath is probably the embodiment of adorable, in my standards at least. He has messy brown hair that always falls into his eyes and he constantly blows away from his face. His eyes are large and the color of emeralds, they're always shinning. He has mildly tanned skin and a lot of freckles, they dot his arms and face and never go away. He is very short and just the perfect height for hair ruffling.
Role: Villian
Ability: Body Manipulation, it does have its drawbacks though. With every use, more sanity is lost.
General Attire: Usually oversized band sweatshirts and sweatpants, when he wants to be fashionable or something he wears some overalls over a solid colored shirt.
Attire When Out as Freelancer/Villian: A bright mask with a happy face on it covers his entire face, everything else is black and white formal apparel (Think Villain Deku au)
Reason for Becoming Freelancer/Villian (optional): Heath had always wanted to become a hero… And he had stuck to that want. Until his favorite hero told him he had no chance of being a hero, not with a power like his anyhow. So, he resorted to villainy.
Personality: When in his regular life, he is very social and enthusiastic. In villainy though, he's pretty much the same… Just way more insane and bloodthirsty.
Dislikes: Bitter things, bullies, most heroes…

It's no problem, just, when you get the chance please try to come up with something for his clothes. It isn't a huge requirement, but when you have time try to think something up.))

Heath walked out of his apartment happily, sipping some tea from a thermos as he jumped down the steps. He got a few strange looks from his neighbors but, didn't really care. He jumped through some little kids hopscotch and continued on his way to his working place.
