Unwilling to join in on their conversation, Maeve took the chance to inform her brother she wouldn't be coming home until later.
Jocks vs. the Arts (A REBOOT YA'LL) (CLOSED)
He squinted, confused by her constant sass toward him, "That was very specific thank you for answering my question so clearly."
Grey stood idly aside watching the interraction
Lillian barked out a laugh, "Your welcome."
She wasn't going to tell him that she had spent the earlier portion of the evening visiting her mother. In jail. Yeah, she's not telling him that.
Darren sighed and laid down on the hood of his car to stare up at the sky, "How about you?" He said to the other kid who was just watching, "How's your night treating you?"
"me?" Grey asked kinda surprised
"Yes, you," Darren laughed.
"Oh uh-fine" He answered nervously
After he okayed, she shut her phone off and now watched Grey interact with him with not much interest.
"That's good." He smiled politely, "Fine is better than bad. Heck! Fine is better than just 'a night'." He glared at Lillian.
Lillian smirked. She was slightly happy to see her response get under his skin.
Darren sighed, "Of course you think you're funny,"
Lillian lifted her hands as she shrugged her shoulders, "What can I say? I'm a funny girl."
"Yes, you're hilarious!" He said with an undertone of sarcasm.
Lillian rolled her eyes. She muttered under her breath, "Levels of sarcasm detected? 99."
"Lillian's unique in her own way," Maeve decided to intervene.
"Yeah, I caught that." he laughed.
Kamryn stepped in before things went it of hand. “Ok what’s the address cuz I need to go home and cook food before leaving.” She murmured
She seethed at his laughter, though tried not to show it. Too bad she's bad at acting. "Can you tell us where we need to go?" she instead said.
(Who's place are we doing this at?)
(Who's place are we doing this at?)
I think lees)
Darren sighed went into his car, he broke off pieces of a napkin and wrote down the address. He passed it out to each of them, "Meet me here,"
Maeve glanced at the napkin. Then at Raven. She didn't really need it, since she was taking her. Still she shoved it in her pocket, as it could be a useful reference later on.
(Heyo. I'm back. Is Lee still meeting them in the parking lot?)
(Yeah… He's late)
Kamryn crumples her napkin and shoved it in her bag. “Hey guys I’ll probably be leaving around 8 so don’t expect earlier!” She wa Ed at her friends and wen home.
(Shoot I gtg)
(See ya)
Lee turned her mom's car into the parking lot. She got out. "Sorry to keep ya waiting y'all. Ma gave me a couple of chores last second."
"It's fine." She said as she saw Lee come into the parking lot.
