Personality: Basile is a quiet and observant personage, who'd rather wait and observe than act immediately on an issue. He is inherently silent and is used to startling people as he doesn't generate much noise. He is often mistaken as mute because of his rarity in verbal communication, but that's only because he doesn't really know how to talk to people. He's very isolating although caring, almost having a savior complex where he believes everyone is more important than himself and would rather focus on someone else's problems over his own, even if they require his utmost attention.
Flaws: Basile tends to unintentionally isolate himself, and doesn't like letting other people get caught up in his problems. He often feels like he's a dead weight for others and doesn't like adding his burden to people's problems.
