Ophelia shook her head and headed back into the kitchen to help out with preparing for the neighboring kingdom's welcome ball.

Porter made his way down the streets, searching for any of the children Ophelia was talking about. He spotted a small boy that couldn't have been more than ten crouched on the stoop of an untidy building. Porter made his way over to the boy, who peered up at him curiously. He handed the boy some of the breakfast from the bag, smiling kindly.
Alexandra made it the rest of the way to her room without running into anybody. Not caring that she was covered in sweat and blood, she colapsed on her bed, unable to function.
( Can Alexandra and Alex be friends? Since like Warrior princess and warrior assasian?)
Ophelia scurried up the stone steps of one of the hallways, breakfast in tow, she paused and Alexandria's door, she breathed and knocked gently…"Lady Alexandria? Breakfast is here."
((@AmericasFavoriteFightingFrenchGirl_LAFFETTE! Of course!!))
She groaned, then started to get up. "Come in, it's unlocked," she called. She quickly tried to make herself look a little more presentable, but most of it was hard to hide. She hoped that they wouldn't notice.
Alex was barely covered in sweat as the 5 guards laid on the cold, stone ground in exhaustion. As a daughter of the king, it took a long while for her to get where she was right now. She knew Alexandra would of already been back now from her latest assassination she had to do. She helped up the guards before walking inside the castle.
Ophelia opened the door quietly, " Sorry to wake you My lady, but breakfast has arrived, also you know of the neighboring Kingdom's Prince and Queen are arriving today, there will be a grand ball this evening to welcome them." She set the tray down on a near by table and awaited dismissal

Ophelia curtsied left the room, she went back down to the kitchen and helped the maids finish with the preparations for the ball.
Alex walked up to Alexandra's room. She saw a maid hurry past before knocking on her door. "Its Alex." She announced.
(I have to do my art hw rn, have to draw a lion)
“Goodbye father,” Zac waved. “Farewell my love,” His mother Elizabeth hugged the king. She walked up next to her son. “Your father was such a nice man,” She sighed. He was??? Since when was father a good man?? Zackery thought to himself.
Alexandra walked over to where Ophelia had left her breakfast and started to eat. Her thoughts wandered to what she was going to wear to the ball. A dress, obviously, but one that could stash several weapons, just in case.. She heard Alex yell at her door. She got up and opened her door to let her in. "Hey," she tiredly said.
Alex saw how tired she was. "Do you want to skip some of the ball? I can arrange that." She said and stepped inside the room.
Porter made his way down the streets calmly, but swiftly. As much as he enjoyed the busy streets outside the castle grounds, he didn't want to be gone for too long. If they realized he was outside the grounds, the royals or guards would confront him, and if there was one thing Porter was bad at, it was lying.
"No, it's alright. I'll take a small nap before it and I should be fine." She shoveled more of her food into her face before asking, "Who are the other royals who are coming? Anyone I would know?"
Alex quietly closed the door behind them. "Apparently my "prince" is coming, but I think I can rule the kingdom without one." She groaned at the thought. "I think it's going to be a pain though and I still need a suitable dress to at least hide a weapon in." She complained and sat on the bed. "Do how did it go?" She asked
Ophelia ran out to the stables, Porter was nowhere to be seen, Ophelia pulled a piece of paper out of her satchel, she wrote him a note
*Porter,
I am going to attend that ball tonight, but I need your help. Meet here in the afternoon.
-Ophelia*
Alexandra cringed at the thought of being forced to have a prince. "I agree with you. And don't worry, you can borrow a dress from me." She winked. "If you're referring to last night," she sighed. "He struggled all right, it was more challenging than usual, but a few wrong steps and he got a dagger to the gut." She shrugged, continuing to eat. "If I'm being honest the hardest part was riding back here at that ungodly hour of the morning."
He searched through the leather bag, finding it now empty. Porter nodded to himself and fast walked back to the stables, which stood near the edge of the castle grounds.
Alex snickered. "You think I can change into my suit of armor after the dance? I can't stand being those awful god high heels. I mean how do people even walk in those things." She commented. "Maybe Father might let me wear the thing the entire dance." She wished.
Porter heard one of the horses whinny as he approached the stables. A small piece of paper was sitting on the wall by Domino's stall. He picked it up and mumbled the words as he read it. "Porter, I am going to attend the ball tonight, but I need your help. Meet here in the afternoon. Ophelia." Why she would want him of all people to help, was a mystery. He folded the note neatly and stuffed it in his pocket, planning on returning the leather bag to Ophelia when she came by the stables this afternoon.
"I wish," she laughed. After a second she finished her breakfast. "I would wear this to the dance if I could, but it would raise too much suspicition." She waved her hand at the bloodstained outfit she was currently wearing. She continued to think about what she was actually going to wear.
Alex nodded her head. "That's true, maybe a simple greek or roman dress? They're pretty, easy to move in and you can hide your weapons in them. I might go for Norse though." She suggested as she tried to think of anything better. "We can wear sandals and not high heels." She added. She called for a maid to help them pick a dress.
The afternoon sun blazed in the sky as Ophelia rushed back out to the stable, Sh ewaited for porter to appear
"Yeah, they would be pretty functional. With sandals, the only problem is your feet are exposed and they're hard to run in, though aren't all dress shoes?" She got up and went to her closet, looking at a couple of the dresses. "Sorry to cut this short, but I have to take a bath before the ball, unless I want to go smelling like death and covered in sweat and blood." She smirked a little and added, "You can pick my dress for me," before going into her bathroom.
Alex nodded and sighed as she inspected the dresses. Most of them were long and some of them were short.
