(yes, you can
But you have to be a super fan. Unfortunately, this means you won't have much play until the tour starts. That's when you'll try to get into their hotel rooms, get backstage passes, try to get onto the stage, that kinda stuff. However, if you want you character to be a big super fan, you could have them trying to get into where the band is currently, but are being stopped by security)

Rachel walked into the lounge briskly, trying to hide a devious smile. She could wait to see how the band reacted. It took a lot to book the flights, arrange showtimes, and wait on hold for nearly twelve hours after calling, but she'd finally done it, "I have some exciting news."
