One by one, they travel the same place and meet each other (some more than that (shipping allowed)) and discover their powers. Suddenly, they have a reason to use their powers. (Now, exactly how they use these powers is up to you. They can go classic and do it from their hands or mind control it. I don't care. You do you!) Also, BE AWARE THAT THEY DON'T KNOW THEY HAVE THEIR POWERS UNTIL THEY UTILIZE THEM IN THE EMERGENCY. Afterwards, their powers will grow based on the stress level/experience level.
