Let's go on an adventure (4/4)

A group of people wake up one morning from the strangest dream. They know it was important something about saving the world possibly. The problem is they've forgotten all the important details…
This RP will take place in a world similar to King Arthur and his knights. I'm going to give you creative freedom on what your characters can do but if there's magic involved please limit the powers, Be creative. I'll step in and add returning memories from the dream as needed to move the plot along. This is meant to be a Fun slightly crazy RP so don't worry to much about the details.

Romance is allowed but keep it in the PG-13 zone please, we have children on this website.
Characters need to act their age. I'm fine with you're character being a 7 year old as long as they act like one.

(Yes, I say Arthurian legends because there's a bit of magic and what not, and the time period is really hard to pin down. I also just really love the Arthurian legends )

Name: Kaden "Kade" Morrigan

Gender: Male

Age: 19

Personality: Kade hates everyone. Or, at least he says he does. He is really actually the sweetest thing you'll ever meet, if you give him the chance. He likes to put out that scary-guy vibe to make himself seem tough, and only the glimmerings of pain in his eyes can tell you that he's not as strong as he'd like to be. He can be funny, but mostly remains sarcastic and rude, doing his best to push people away and make them hurt, so they'll leave him alone. He doesn't know how real love should be, and so thinks that it doesn't exist. He has a viscious streak as wide as the ocean, so watch out.

Physical appearance and Clothing: My baby has a shock of untidy black hair, which constantly looks like he runs his hands through it, then doesn't comb it. His skin is sun-tanned and almost a gold color. He has high cheekbones and large lips, which actually look good on him. His eyes are a deep, piercing gold color, a little bit like melted honey and sunlight combined. He is strong and lithe, like a fighter, and he has a lot of muscle, and a drool-worthy body. He is tall, about 6'2'', and loves to tower over people. He can look very intimidating, and always uses his appearance as a weapon. He usually wears a tight tunic and pants, with a jacket, all dark colors, and a weapons belt.

Biggest pet peeve: When people try to make him see what he's doing wrong.

Other (Optional): Kade's mother died when he was young. He doesn't remember his father, although his older sister Kindle does, and she says he's lucky he never knew them. She also calls him her little flower half the time, so he doesn't know how reliable the information is. He grew up in the orphanage, before eventually being adopted by two people who didn't know how to deal with a child of their life depended on it. They had only adopted him as a dare, and not even with his sister at that, who had come of age and left the orphanage a year ago, but couldn't adopt him herself. When the house he was in accidentally burned down, he got blamed, and ran.

( @PrettyLittlePyro A few little comment's, This is set in a medieval period so jeans don't exist, The foster care system also wasn't a thing, maybe you could switch that to different orphanages or nunneries? Or you could make him a time traveler, that works to)

Gender: Female

Age: 17

Personality: Gem is what we would call an obnoxious optimist, she’s very bright and cheery she tends to be a bit overbearing when it comes to other people. She’s extremely enthusiastic about life in general. “We’re on this earth, why not enjoy it”. She struggles to take anything very seriously. Put her in a life threatening situation and she’s sure to act as if nothing is wrong. She doesn’t understand the concept of risk.

Physical appearance and Clothing: Gem has Blond hair the ends have been stained a light pink. She has a round face, light silver eye's with strange geometric patterns in the iris, and a button nose. She’s quite small but sturdy and strong. 5’2’’. She wears a white shirt with rather poofy Bishop sleeves. Over this she has a brown leather button up vest. She wears a pair of Black loose fitting trousers under her sturdy brown walking skirt. On days when it’s too hot she’ll take off the skirt and go around in trousers.

Biggest pet peeve: She hates is when people drag their feet, the noise drives her insane.

Other: Gem can be slightly clumsy. Once she somehow tripped into a vat of beet juice that died her hair pink. She worked with her family in the bakery so she’s developed strong arms. She’s also quite a good baker she’s been doing it all her life.

Name: Cleo LeVane

Gender: Female

Age: 18

Personality: Cleo is bold; she is not afraid to say her thoughts. Still, she is welcoming to people and is comfortable with most people. Often tries to hide her feelings with confidence, though occasionally will let her guard down. Struggles with getting personal with people, thus doesn’t have many close friends.

Physical appearance and Clothing: Tall girl with short light brown that’s thin and wispy. Dark brown eyes and tan skin. She usually wears a dark gray linen collar and pants.

Biggest pet peeve: People who act as if they know everything or try to hog people’s attention all the time. Also people who don’t take no for an answer.

Other (Optional): Her family is well-off, which she doesn’t often mention much. Has a brother but isn’t very close to him or her parents.

Head west, you’ll know the road, It goes through the wood filled with tree’s the size of giants. It follows the crashing waves and rolling sands for miles. The road may dip down,down down, until darkness engulfs you only to spit you out the other side into blinding desert sun. Yes you know the road, Elana's Trail

The words from her dream danced around Gem's mind as she trudged down a narrow weather beaten path. No one used Elana's trail any more, evidence of that was every where she turned, nature was reclaiming the man made path. Though legends claim the path existed before mankind settled here. Gem Tightened her gray cloak around her shoulders and continued down the path.

Cleo cried out as she tripped over her feet, scattering her food all over. She scrambled to save most of them, deciding to just leave the dirtiest behind.

"This just had to happen…" she complained, standing up and dusting herself off. Sighing, she continued west as the dream instructed. She wasn't sure what to think of the dream, if it was real or not. Still, she decided to go for it anyways; she concluded that it would be nice to get out of the house and avoid her family for a while, especially after their recent argument. If the dream turned out to be true and Elana's Trail was real, then it was a double win for her.

Kade had no idea where he was. Not that it was a rare thing, he wasn't very good at directions. He trudged along the path, wondering if it was the one that he was supposed to be following. Elana's Path? Something like that. Shrugging, he kept walking along the path, his hair and clothes already dusty. He glanced up at the sky, and was blinded by the light.

He cursed himself. Idiot. While he blinked away the white spots flashing in his vision, he stopped walking, the silence radiating around him, into his bones. It was unnerving, the silence and quiet.

Gem paused in her walking to glance down the path behind her, had she heard footsteps? Gem considered this development, if they were foot steps that wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing, friends were always nice, adventuring buddies would be even better. The Clouds parted suddenly letting bright sunlight cover the trail, Gem pushed back her hood letting the ray's warm her cold cheeks. The change in the weather seemed unnatural, the footsteps grew louder, Gem had an uncanny feeling that she had traveled a lot further then she had just walked.

Cleo attempted to ignore the footsteps that she had begun hearing, though the chills on her arms suggested otherwise.

Maybe they are just echoes of my own, she tried to convince herself, though that proved unsuccessful as well. Just don't look back. It's all fine.

Sucking in a breath, she lifted her head and walked, taking no mind to the unnnatural feeling the forest had.

As he blinked away the spots, Kade heard other footsteps, coming toward him, breaking through the eerie silence. He stiffened and glanced around, but could see no one. Was he just being paranoid, or was it something else?Was there actually someone there?

Gem rounded the bend to find a young man standing in the road, she paused. He didn't exactly look like a friend. He was tall with unruly black hair, His eye's caught her attention, Golden. It took her a moment to speak, "Not many travel this road, you startled me friend."
