So pretty much what’ll go down is that this is in the future, and America is pretty much collapsing. The government is corrupt, and things have gone to complete chaos with criminal activity. There are also many protestors and groups forming against the corrupt government and these many criminals.

One of our characters will be a basic criminal, and the other will be a rebel. I’ll be either, so whoever joins can choose what they would like.

Basic Rules:

  • Rated R for violence and gore, profanity, and sexual situations (will be taken to PM though).
  • LGBTQ is allowed, so no slurs against that.
  • No racist slurs.
  • No one liners please.

Age: 23 years old.
Gender: Male.
Preferred Pronoun: He/Him/His.
Sexuality: Bisexual.

Personality: Introverted, logical, witty, quick thinking, quiet, ambitious, seems rude at times, rough, and doesn’t trust easily. When you get to know him on a personal level, he is very loyal, passionate, extremely protective, a bit more talkative, and loving.
Talents: Persuasion, hand to hand combat, decent at baking.
Weaknesses: Seems emotionless, has a hard time opening up to people, he becomes very attached to someone when he gets close to them (which often leaves him close to destroyed if they are killed).
Background: Developing..
Other: Most higher ups in the rebellion are simply known as their nicknames to keep their identities a secret. Something he does is he goes out to try and recruit criminals to their cause. He also own’s a 3 year old female Belgian Malinois named Nike as a companion and an attack dog.

Weaknesses: social interaction, can be hot headed, doesn’t trust easily but when she does she trusts a little too much which has lead to some unfortunate circumstances.

Other: is very fond of a particular dagger that she always keeps at her side.

It was the middle of the day, so there were no late night rally’s going on. Thatcher was out on the streets, keeping his head low as he walked. He was looking for people to recruit to their cause- bringing down the corrupt government.

“Mortem!” Eve laughed when she heard her street named called after her. Another successful robbery. Sure, she’d had to kill the wearer but for a necklace like that, it was worth it. Daylight robberies were harder then night but the adrenaline rush was the best part.

Thatcher thought he heard shouts nearby, so he jogged over to where a robbery must have just taken place. Someone had said the name ‘Mortem’, and he frowned. It didn’t sound familiar to him. He looked down at his watch, seeing he only had an hour or so left until he had to report back. So, after asking a few people, he began to follow in the direction that this ‘Mortem’ person went.

Eve sighed happily and put the necklace the small bag at her side, fiddling with the dagger she had. After about a ten minute walk into the slums, she entered her house or, more warehouse. Once inside, she changed out of her street clothes and braided her hair out of her face, before getting to work dismantling the necklace.

Thatcher found himself walking around the outside of an old warehouse. Whoever it was had gone in there. He walked up to one of the doors, quietly slipping inside. After simply searching around for a bit, he saw a girl bent over a piece of jewelry. He knew she could be dangerous, so he kept his distance, simply clearing his throat to get her attention.

“What do you want?” She said coldly, not looking up at whoever had entered her house, just kept picking at the jewels and sorting them into type. Her dagger was in easy reach if need be but if whoever was here had come to kill her they’d have made a move already.

“Are you Mortem?” Thatcher asked, crossing his arms over his chest as he watched the young woman. She seemed smaller in size, so he assumed that without that knife, she wouldn’t be a threat to him.

“Who’s asking?” Eve looked up for a moment, sizing him up, taking in the apperance, stance, everything. The way someone would size up an opponent before looking back down again.

“Not important at the moment, I can’t go around telling people who I am,” Thatcher answered, taking that short moment to look over the young woman’s features. “Now, are you Mortem?” He repeated.

Eve sat back in her seat and crossed her arms, “It’s possible, why does the mysterious man in my apartment what to know?” She asked, raising an eyebrow.

“You’re obviously a criminal, so I can guess that would wouldn’t be going to turn me into the corrupt police because of the risk of getting yourself caught,” Thatcher hummed before continuing to speak. “I’m just in the area to recruit people to a cause.”

“Not interested.” Eve said flatly, tuning back to the necklace, uninterested in whatever the man had to say next.

“You seem like the type to like the finer things,” Thatcher said as a moment, referring to the expensive looking jewelry that the young woman was picking apart.

“Depends.” She said, looking up for a moment, “I don’t steal for myself.” She explained before looking back down.

“Who do you steal for, then?” Thatcher questioned, his arms folding loosely over his chest. He couldn’t believe he was over here questioning some criminal. This wasn’t now he planned to spend his day.

“People are suffering in the slums, I steal for them so they have enough to feed themselves and their families,” Eve shrugged, “That’s all.”
