(It’s all good, I had to vanish as well. And then I have to vanish in like a half hour for like another hour or so. Today is very busy)
Vaughn pecked the hickey that he had made on a spot below his ear. “Then why are you so hesitant around me, hm?” He asked in a softer tone, his voice loosing its usual hardness.

"I guess I was just…Afraid of getting shoved away again," Kaz said quietly, his head falling forward a little to rest against Vaughn's collarbone

“Again?” Vaughn questioned, one of his hands running up and down the back of Kaz’s neck, occasionally running his fingers through the demon’s hair.
(ooh I think I've heard it. sorry for disappearing, I had a test and then notebook decided to be a douche)
Kaz nodded. "I…I guess I should probably tell you. But um. My ex cheated on me. He said it was my fault, and then he left, and then…Then he died," he said, struggling for words

Vaughn frowned heavily at that, breaking away from him slightly for a moment to glanced across his face. “He didn’t deserve you,” he said simply.
Kaz looked down at his feet, frowning a little. "I…It's been a year. And it's ridiculous how I let him get to me. I can't seem to hold a relationship, I drink like it's the end of the world," he muttered

Vaughn laced his fingers into Kaz’s hair, tugging down at the strands to force Kaz to look back at his face. “Let’s bet on that, then,” he responded.

Kaz smiled faintly. "Yeah. That'd be nice, actually." Something in the back of his mind told him he was still probably going to get shot, but he ignored it in favor of leaning forward to kiss Vaughn again

Vaughn closed the gap, lips connecting with Kaz’s in a rough manner. His personality seemed to go back and forth without warning. One moment he could be calm and almost gentle, but the next he could go back to being aggressive and controlling. His hand left Kaz’s hair after giving the strands a sharp tug, and went back to his hip.
Kaz smiled against Vaughn's mouth, kissing him back just a little harder. He wrapped his arms around Vaughn's waist tighter, almost as if he was somehow trying to absorb the other man. He broke away to say something, but before he could there was a loud growl from his stomach. He winced a little. "Um. Do you have anything to eat?"

Vaughn gave a relaxed smile as he looked down at Kaz, his happier side showing through. “You’re kidding, right? There are things literally all around you. Just grab something,” he said, pecking the tip of Kaz’s nose.
Kaz smiled, somehow managing a small giggle. "Okay, you got me there," he chuckled. His eyes landed on a breakfast sandwich on the counter, and he grabbed it before making his way over to the coffee dispenser. He poured himself a large cup of coffee before tearing the sandwich's wrapper off and taking a bite. He tried to eat slowly at first, but the fact that he hadn't properly eaten in days eventually caused him to down the sandwich in only a minute or two

Vaughn walked over to the counter, pushing himself up to sit on it. He didn’t tend to eat breakfast. Usually, he suffered from night terrors which left him gasping for air when he woke up. And that made him feel nauseous and queasy, so he wouldn’t eat until dinner time. He watched Kaz, giving a deep chuckle and shaking his head.

Kaz gave him a look before downing half the cup of coffee. "You hush," he said, reaching for another sandwich and downing it. "I haven't eaten in like…three days," he huffed before taking a bite out of the sandwich

“And why the hell haven’t you eaten in that long?” Vaughn asked, seemingly switching back to being moody as he frowned heavily at Kaz.
(I’m here for a moment before I gtg for like 20 minutes)
Kaz frowned, finishing his sandwich before taking a long drink of coffee. “I…I sort of forgot,” he said sheepishly

“How do you forget to eat? Wouldn’t you have been starving?” Vaughn questioned furtheras he watched Kaz. Demons were strange.
“I…I don’t know? I mean I haven’t been doing the best mentally lately so that probably doesn’t help. I mean sure I’m hungry sometimes, but I sort of…ignore it? I don’t really mean to, it’s just kind of something I do,” he said before getting up to get another cup of coffee

“Well, I don’t need you starving to death or something, so as long as you’re here, you’re going to eat some goddamn food,” Vaughn said, his tone stern though it was obvious that he was being more caring for Kaz’s well-being.

Kaz pouted, hopping up onto the counter next to him. "Okay, mom," he teased, taking a sip of his coffee
(also I listened to that Theory of a Deadman song earlier and it actually seems to fit Vaughn really well? I also listened to Rx by the same band which sounded a lot like Kaz for some reason lol)

Vaughn arched a brow before smirking devilishly. “I’d rather be called daddy, but whatever works for you,” he purred, leaning over to nip at Kaz’s earlobe.

Vaughn chuckled a bit and shrugged. He really hoped Kaz was aware that he was joking. He didn’t like most father figures for obvious reasons.
Kaz smiled, scooting a little closer to Vaughn so he could rest his head on the other man's shoulder. He took another sip of coffee, staring down at the floor tiles
