Selena finished pulling out the shards. She grabbed his discarded shirt and replaced Alisha's hand with it. "I think they're all gone now."

Tobias picked out more shards. Bas was wasted, so it wouldn't hurt too bad. He had no power left, not even to warp the shards into air.

Bastian’s breaths came out as pained wheezes, black blood pooling around him. It was ironic, really. His species could only be killed by what they loved most. It was obvious now he had used his body to shield most of the blast, but the detonated barrels had carried gold shards and dust that had lodged in his body and embedded in his lungs

Alisha closed her eyes and allowed her healing powers to target through her hands into his body. The sounds began to close but each one was harder than the other. What the hell was this gold doing to his body, she thought with frustration as she pushing as much of her power as she could into him. After each wound was done her powers reached four towards his lungs, "Fuck!" She swore in frustration. Where had these gold parts not gone.

"i really dont want someone to die today" he grumbled and walke over "what can i do?"

"Dammit." Tobias swore again, attempting to heal Bas. His powers were all but gone by now.

"Bas!" Selena exclaimed, her eyes widening. "What the hell happened to you? Are you okay?"

Alisha continued to push her magic into his lungs until they were completely clean. Her mind was starting to grow fussy.

“I don’t want your fucking pity,” Bastian wheezed. He tried to get away from the others, but another coughing fit stopped him. The blood he coughed up was speckled with small shards of gold, previously embedded in his lungs

Alisha gripped onto Selena' s arm as she blinked several times, unable to get rid of the fuzziness, she'd used too much of both her powers at the same time.

Tobias stood, letting loose a scream. A sound that became more hellish and grew louder. Something snapped within him, as waves of angry power washed over him, black sensations up and down his spine that distorted the air around them.
"I've had enough of this!" He said, staring at the group.

Selena opened her arms and pulled Alisha closer to stabilize her. "What the hell is wrong with you people?!" She asked angrily. "I'm not pitying you Bas, in fact I'll probably kill you in a moment, and what are you even doing?" She directed the end of that to Tobias.

Bastian coughed one last time. He looked down at himself, seemingly not phased by the fact that he was shirtless. He pulled his jacket on before scowling at Tobias. “Fuck’s wrong with you?”

Alisha leaned into Selena as her haziness began to fade away and she regained her strength slight, " Why are you yelling at us Tobias?" Was all she could manage to get out.

Tobias seethed as he walked towards Bas. He kneeled down, and biokinetically forced Bas to cough up the contents of his lungs. He'd never seen Bas's kind before, but he knew how they worked.

Lukkas just sits down and pulls out a flask

"Someone calm him down!" She yelled at the sight in front of her, "I didn't save him so you could kill him you bastard. You should have just killed him before I used all of my magic to heal him."

"I was making sure he got everything out of his system." Tobias responded.

Bastian spluttered as he started coughing blood again. He shook as black blood and shards of gold spilled from his maw, his eyes turning dark as black raced through his veins

"Shove that excuse up your ass and go blow off steam somewhere I can't see," She said pissed once again.

lukas told a long swig "alcohol anyone?"
