Bastian just sat back and watched the fight. If he really wanted to he could jump in and make them both start goddamn pole dancing if he wanted, but hell, he was getting free entertainment

Pain scream-roared again, charging. Tobias opened a portal in front of himself that led to an alley, and closed it behind Pain, who stumbled into it.

(almost everyone is drunk, a demon came in but tobi made it stumble into a portal)

Bastian did fun Karaoke stuff and he and Tobias and Selena almost got freaky until the world's loudest screaming antagonist, Pain came in to attack Tobias but then Tobias BFR'd his ass away.

"I was saying that that was pretty damn hot," Bastian said as if it was something completely normal to say

"I sent his ass to Chicago, he won't be back for a while." Tobias responded, puffing out the smoke he'd been holding.

Teo walks past the group once he sees his old friend marcus "pardon me" his heavy accent seems to make everything he sas sound exotic

Marcus turned when he heard Teo's voice "Teo?"

"hello Marcus, Long time without sight. did i do that right i am still trying to get used to american phrases?"

"it's 'long time no see' but you're close enough, how you been?"

Bastian tilted his head curiously. In his drunken state it took him a minute to recognize Teo. "Ayy, my man! My buddy chum hippie crystal pal!"

teo turned around "pardon me?" he said with a question in his eyes

"I recognize you! I'm pretty sure? Sorry I'm very, very drunk right now," Bastian laughed
