Lost in UA
" I've tried for 14 years to enhance my quirk, I don't think it's much better then this" he said and laid his head down on his free arm. Glancing at miles lazily
Miles smiles knowingly. "I have my ways. You can probably guess that by now." he says.
" I can but you haven't showed me"
"Later," Miles promises. "After class."
Thirty minutes later, the bell rings and Miles says to Asra, "Shall we?" offering his hand.
"sure," asra said. Taking his hand and yawned softly
Miles teleports them both to the training gym. "Okay, what do you want to work on first?" he asks Asra.
"light manipulation" he said, partly excited
"Hm. Show me what you mean." Miles says curiously.
Asra slowly but surely used his quirk to lighten the room
As the light became brighter, Miles combats it with a miniature darkness cloud around his eyes. "Interesting. And how do you intend to use this?"
" to blind people"
"Mm. That seems obvious now," he says, his face red from embarrassment. "Okay, try making a beam of it. I'll make it more focused and help you know how to do it."
Asra tried to focus it, but he started to get lightheaded "i- I can't.."
"Hm. Try this." He sends Asra a huge boost of focus and strength.
Asra made sure to use the most of it, focusing the light
Miles locked on to the element and formed it into a single concentrated beam, then holding it. "You feel that?" He asked. "Focus on what you're doing to create the beam."
Asra nodded, keeping it in grace of his capability. He was breathing heavily as he was breaking his limits
"It's okay to break your limits. You have to break limits to create new ones." He thinks. "Let's try something."
He cuts off the beam. "Okay I want you to create light." Miles says. He makes the whole room black as night. "Create light. Focus. Think of a candle in this darkness. Then turn it into a raging inferno."
Asra slowed his breathing, letting his hands warm with the light of the sun. The funny thing was, his eyes were glowing as well
"Good. Keep it up. Blast me." He looks at Asra. "You can't hurt me, Shiny Eyes." He laughs. "C'mon."
Asra giggled, his light fluctuating with his mood.asra soon aims and tried to flash miles

Miles used darkness to shield himself, not attacking back. "Good," he said. "Try creating a distraction."
Asra smiled, using the light to mirror himself and attack at once
Miles blocks the attack and slashes through the clone, making it go poof! "Try multiple clones" he said.
"okay, " and then asra filled the room with clones
"Didn't mean that many, but it's good to know you can do that." He spins in a circle, rising up off the ground. Holding his arms in front of him, with his fists closed facing towards him, he dramatically uncrossed them, similar to how someone would be posed if they were being possessed. All the clones vanished. He floated back down. "Anything else you want to practice?" Miles asks.
