"Red," Phoenix laughed gesturing to her own hair, "Just red."

"Man, I wish I had a snake, but my mom is terrified of them." Sage was interested, she only had a dog but she always loved animals and wanted more. "Hey I saw a garden outside, would you maybe want to go check it out?"
Jamie chuckled when Sage said her mother was afraid of snakes. Then she said, "Sure, it'd kinda be cool to just get out of here for a while."

"What's your favorite school subject?" Azalea asks, also running out of ideas.
"Science," Phoenix said with a dulled face understanding that they were running out of questions, "What about you?"

"P.E of course." She answered before continuing. "Do you think that's twenty questions already?"
"Probably," Phoenix nodded, "So what now?"

"I don't know…" She trailed off thinking of things to do. "Maybe explore like the other groups?"
Phoenix nodded, "That sounds good," she reattached her crutches and leaned on them as she slowly stood up.

Azalea put her shoes on before opening the door for Phoenix. "Where do you wanna go?"
Phoenix hobbled over thinking, "I don't know. Just want to wander around?"

"Sure." Azalea answered, seeing a vending machine nearby. She felt around in her pocket and found a one dollar bill and 73 cents in change. "This should be enough for some gum and a drink."
Phoenix followed after with a smile, "Definitely."

Azalea strolled up to the machine and selected the gum of her choice, letting Phoenix pick a drink. "Which one do you want?"
Phoenix looked ay the different drink choices and picked the most caffeinated one, “This one if you don’t mind.”

"No problem." Azalea answered, pressing the buttons on the machine before hearing the two items drop. She gave Phoenix her's and opened her own pack of gum. "Let's check out the cafeteria."
Phoenix popped open the can and took a long drink, "Sounds great. Let's go!"

Phoenix popped open the can and took a long drink, "Sounds great. Let's go!"
Azalea followed the couple of signs sticking out of the walls until she found the place. It was pretty empty save for a couple of janitors working on the floors. "Wanna try and raid it?"
Phoenix laughed as she smiled, "Heck yeah! Let's do this."

Azalea watched as the janitors slowly left the place to move onto other hallways before she went for the door. Of course it would be locked. She thought, trying to open it. "She reached for a paperclip in her back pocket and unfolded it so it would be a mini lock pick. After three tries, the door finally came open and once she stepped in, she saw rows and shelves full of food.
Phoenix tried to be as quiet as she could as she hobbled in after Azalea. She looked at all the food. She whispered quietly, "I haven't seen this much food since harvest season."

"I haven't seen this much food ever." She said in awe, going immediately for the shelves with snack and pudding on it. "Take all you can carry."
Phoenix reached and started shoving things into her bag. She had a big grin on taking anything that caught her eye, "Yep, let's just hope we don't get caught."

"Exactly." Azalea grinned, throwing all the good stuff in her bag, glad there weren't any cameras in the large room.
Phoenix nodded, "Exactly. So let's get our food and then we get outta here."

Azalea was just about to answer when she heard some large footsteps rushing down towards them. "Shoot." She dumped the rest of the candy into her bag and zipped it up before leaning against a wall. Once they faded away, she peeked out the door to see that it was only some kids running around.
