The timer went off as the sound of dynamite exploding. He loved the reactions he got from the sound in the silent room. "Time's up. Put your pencil's down and flip your papers over. I will come by to collect them. In the meantime, get ready for your next class."
Evelyn packed up her things and stared down at the quiz she didn’t answer, she could do oral. But written killed her. Or even I different color font, yes that would do nicely.

Sucorra did as the teacher had told them, putting away her things. She mourned her grades; now, she was bound to be failing even more so than before.
Mason cursed to himself, he was failing chemistry already, now he was probably less than failing.
(Lunchtime next maybe? since we only have three subjects so far?)

Evelyn looked down and began to leave the classroom, why couldn’t the teachers listen to what she had to say about her reading disability, if you could call it that.
Mason jogged over to her and put his hand on her shoulder. "Hey, it's ok. None of us did well at all"

Iris groaned out loud this time, doing as the teacher said. "I'm totally going to fail, I knew it," she whispered to her friends. She did get a D in her science class last year in regular school.
"Lunch next! You should sit with us, Iris!" Mason grinned. He liked lunch, not because of food, but because of friends

"Okay!" she replied, happy to have found a good friend. "That sounds good!"
Mason grabbed Iris's hand and pulled her towards a table near the back of the cafeteria

"Wha- oh okay," she started to protest but realized what he was doing and quickly kept up with his pace. "So, who's sitting with us?"
"Whoever turns up!"

Mason peered at the school menu and grimaced. "Nothing edible" he joked grabbing a plastic box of what appeared to be pasta from his bag

Sucorra sat down next to Evelyn, setting her lunch on the table. "Mind if I join you guys?" she asked.

Rouge walked over with her lunch box "Hey can I join" she was looking down at her feet shuffling them

Rouge pulled out a bentu box that held traditional Japanese foods such as rice, sushi, and actual ramen in a tuppaware container "Thank you Loki" she smiled thinking of her sister
"What do you guys think's up with Camillus? He was acting super weird today" Mason asked

"I don't know, he definitely seemed nervous," Iris replied, recalling the short conversation she and Mason had before heading to chemistry.
"And awake. He usually sleeps through lessons" Mason sat still for a few moments, poking his pasta. He made a frustrated face and stabbed the fork into the table.
