"I am a witch but i dont use my wand to much, and i haven't seen him, sorry"

"Okay. He's very micheivious, always getting into things."

Jade chuckled "sounds like he's a handful"

April observed as two girls talked to each other in the same boat as her. All though she wanted to be social, she knew she had to practice for the test. She leaned overboard a tiny bit, waving her hands slowly around the water. It condensed into a small cloud. She stopped waving her hands and snapped her fingers. The cloud started to rain over the small portion of water she had made it upon. She took her time making the cloud slowly grow bigger. She normally couldn't change the size of the weather she created without using up a lot of energy, but she took advantage of using the water near her instead of extracting water from the molecules in the air.

"What is your name?" Jade asked the girl making the cloud

April turned around and faced the girl who had just asked for her name. "Oh, hi, I'm April, nice to meet you."

"Im Jade, nice to meet you too"

April smiled. "So, what kind of magic do you use?" she asked, not paying attention to the rain cloud she made, which was starting to produce electricity.

"Telekinesis, and im a witch but i dont use my wand much, you?"

"That's so cool!" April said still smiling, "I use weather manipulation." Just as she says this, lightning zaps her from the cloud she created. It then poofs into thin air. Her hair sticks up everywhere, completely static. She stares blankly at what used to be her cloud. "…..Darn it…."

Jade doubled over laughing, "Are- are you ok?"

April laughs along. "Yeah, it was just a bit, shocking."

(I'm sorry, I had to XD. It wasn't even a good pun, but the opportunity was perfect.)

"Thank you," April said, in between laughter.

"Yeah. what do you hope to get?" Jade asked

"I'm hoping to get into the warriors. Everyone in my family has gotten into it, hence our last name meaning warrior. I really hope that I can live up to that name." She said. "I can't even imagine what my parents will think if I don't. I'd be a disappointment to them. It's silly really, any group is great."

"What about you? Do you have any group in mind?" she asked

"Me too, i mean I want to get into warriors"

"That's awesome." April smiled.

"Thanks, do you like to fight?"

"Oh, warrior? Yeah, same with me, all of my family has been in it. But I want to be in Inventor, I love machines! Mum and Dad pressure me though, if I was in Inventor, they'd probably bring me home, or worse, demand otherwise."

"They have a lot of influence here."

"Thanks, do you like to fight?"

"Yeah, I love to! What about you?"

"im sorry. why do they care so much, if you dont mind me asking" Jade asked Phoenix

"Thanks, do you like to fight?"

"Yeah, I love to! What about you?"

"I love to too. I dont know why"

"Oh, warrior? Yeah, same with me, all of my family has been in it. But I want to be in Inventor, I love machines! Mum and Dad pressure me though if I was in Inventor, they'd probably bring me home, or worse, demand otherwise."

"Wow, well I'm rooting for you to get inventor. Hopefully, they don't send you home though."

"Um…. something about family honor, and either way, Dad already knows that I want to be in Inventor, if that happens…. I may get disowned…" Phoenix said quietly.
