She growled again before shifting
Lysander didn't move as she shifted. This was the first time he had seen her this way and he was in awe. He still didn't know why she shifted but… he gave a small awkward smile. ”Betty. You’re beautiful.” he said a little shyly.
Betty is she was in vampire form she would have smiled she started talking in wolf
"She says thank you i have to go I'll be back in a few days" Tyler said
”Alright.” Lysander nodded. ”Does she… Do you still need the ring, Betty?” he asked holding the ring in his palm.
Betty howled " she says she loves you" Tyler said
”I love you too. Be careful.” he said gently.
And with that Betty took off.
Days turned to weeks and weeks turned to a month and she still wasn't back
That first night, Henry practically dragged Lysander by the ear to go hunting. When Betty didn't come back the first week Henry wasn't worried and tried to distract Lysander. But as it became close to a month, the two started looking for her.
Betty's brother Austin knocked on thier door and when it opened "Hi I'm Austin do any of you know my sister?" …. Elizabeth?" He asked.
Lysander had answered the door. ”Yes, we all know her. Come in.” he answered, stepping aside to let Austin in. ”Have you heard from her? Is she alright?”
Austin walked inside " we were in a fight too many ganged up in Betty she's not doing too well" Austin said.
Lysander stiffened at the news. ”Where is she?”
"at home" he said with a sigh
Lysander so badly wanted to say that her home was here with him but held back. ”H-how bad is she hurt?”
" she's on tubes" he said
”Take me to her.” Lysander said quickly.
Arthur nodded leading him to the lake and s little passage way in the woods there were wolf's everywhere " there " he pointed to the cabin on the left
Lysander followed Betty's brother. When the cabin was pointed out, he picked up speed undeterred by the wolves. He needed to see Betty.
Betty had tubed all in her wrists she was paler than pale and had dark circles under her eyes
Lysander was distraught when he saw his love in that state. He fell to his knees beside the bed, wanting to take her hand.
She was awake not in a coma or.anthinf just resting
”Betty? My angel?” Lysander asked softly, not really wanting to wake her if she was just resting but he was too worried.
Betty gently opened her eyes but shut them fur to the bright light

He smiled softly and held her hand. He wanted to say something but he couldn't find the right words so he stayed quiet and let her rest.
" why'd you come?" She asked
”One of your brothers, Austin I think, came over and told me what happened.” he answered. ”How could I stay away?”
" i just figured you didn't care that much anymore" she said
”Of course, I care.” he said in surprise. ”Why would you think that? I love you.”
