”Why?” he smiled at her. ”Are you tired?”
She nodded
”Oh, sorry.” he smiled a little. ”Why don't you take a nap while I cook?” he suggested.
She nodded tiredly
He smiled and kissed her forehead as he opened the door.
" can you get me a blanket and pillow?" She asked
“Of course.” he nodded, letting her lay on the couch.
She curled up closing her eyes
He smiled at her before grabbing a warm blanket and a pillow. ”Here you are, my love.”
She put the pillow under her head and placed the blanket over her
He chuckled softly and helped straighten out the blanket before heading towards the kitchen.
She closed her eyes slowly drifting off
He smiled a little at her and started cooking.
She heard the door open and looked up to see Evan
Evan walked quietly into the room, smiling in relief when he saw Betty. ”I just came back to check on you.” he told her softly.
She patted her her blanket covered legs for him to.sit down
Evan smiled at the invitation and sat next to her.
She took his hand holding it.as she sat back
He happily held her hand, rubbing his thumb across her knuckles. ”Where’s Ly?”
"Kitchen" she mumbled
Evan nodded. ”I’m assuming you two made up?”
She nodded tiredly
”Good.” he smiled, kissing her cheek. ”Get some sleep. You look tired.” he chuckled softly.
She nodded closing her eyes
Evan sat still as he continued to hold her hand and let her rest.
She smiled in her sleep
Lysander walked out of the kitchen and raised a brow at seeing Evan again.
Betty turned falling off the couch
Evan moved and swiftly caught her before she fell too much and rolled her back onto the couch.
