The post-credits scene finished, and Madeline sighed and pulled away from Cameron, whose shoulder she had still been laying on. She reached over and grabbed the remote from the table before sitting back into the couch.
"Should we watch the next one?" she asked, then coughed a few times.
Cameron nodded. "Would you like some more water?"

"Yeah. Please," Madeline said hoarsely with a single nod.
Cameron quickly got her water then say back down again.

"Thanks." Madeline nodded, taking the glass from him and sipping from it. She held the remote in her other hand and tried to find the next movie.
"You sure you can stay?" she asked suddenly, looking over at Cameron. "You don't have anything you need to do, do you?"
Cameron shook his head. "I probably should be helping It is with something, but she said that I should stay here with you. An he got Jeremy to help her with it."

Madeline nodded slowly before moving closer to Cameron's side so that she could rest her head back down on his shoulder.
"Thanks, Cam," she whispered.
"Anytime Maddi." He whispered back, moving around a little do that the two were both more comfortable in the couch.

"Which movie comes next?" Madeline asked quietly. "I can't remember."

"Iron Man." Cameron replied as he put it on.

Madeline snorted. "Right. How could I forget that?" she wondered, rolling her eyes at herself.
Cameron chuckled. "Sshh…."

Madeline scoffed at him, then coughed a couple of times. She frowned and took another drink of her water as she focused on the movie.
Cameron sighed as he focused on the movie, trying not to think about how worried he was about Madeline.

Madeline had seen the movie more times than she could remember, and she could practically quote the whole thing. She silently mouthed the words as they were being spoken, occasionally sipping on her water.

Cameron looked around the attic.
It actually looks pretty good! He thought to himself. He wondered absentmindedly if Madeline wanted to go for lunch, now that she was better.

Madeline stared at her math assignment. Of course, she would choose to start with the hardest subject she had. Why not? Actually, she preferred it that way. That just meant that she could finish the rest faster, and then have free time later.

Cameron walked downstairs to where everyone else was waiting. Iris, Jeremy, Bethany, Christopher, Violet, and Bailey were all sitting around the kitchen.
"Caaaammmm where's Maddi?" Iris finally asked
