Maddie stared at Alex curiously. She didn't seem nervous in any way. Lucky, Maddie thought.

Aria studied the Alex curiously, wondering why she was late too. Thinking to herself, Aria muttered, "At least I'm not the only late one."

I wasn't replying like the creator would, I simply said: "I don't see why not." That is not straight out saying yes, it's saying I'm pretty sure it'd be fine.

"California's biggest wildfire hit my house and possibly and destroyed the school. So we moved close to the school, but its not bad if I say so myself. No heat please. I just need to add this in here but I like Marvel." She joked sadly as she thought about her home. Gone.

Maddie felt sorrow for the girl. Having your house burned down would be horrible. All the items with backstories that were burned. Jeez… She thought.

Alex took a deep breathed before speaking again. "So it was nice meeting you hostile beings and if I can have my seat now, that would be great." She plastered a fake smile to her face to hide the sorrow.

Kelly smiled slightly, fingering her Avengers T-shirt. She felt bad for the girl.

Deciding that she wanted to get to know Alex, Aria waved at her, pointing at the empty chair near her, trying her best to mouth, "Sit here, I was late too! We can be late birds together~"

Maddie continued to feel bad for the girl even as she smiled. She somewhat gawked at Alex without realizing it.

(Sorry! I had to go for a bit, then notebook wasn’t working and yeah, but I’m back!)

Longing to sit by her, Maddie realized she was sitting by someone else. "Oh well…" she groaned.

(Oh!! It wasn't working for me, either! It kept saying, "Application Error!" or something like that.)

Alex felt a bit insecure and uncomfortable from all the gawks and the pity looks she was getting and sat down next to a girl.

Kelly raised her hand, pointing to an empty seat beside her that she'd been saving for Venus. "Mrs. Tettia, can Alex sit here, please?"

The teacher rolled her eyes tiredly. "Sure. Alex, you can sit beside… Kelly."

Alex nodded and strolled over to the girl Kelly and took a seat. "Hi." She greeted cheesily.

(I am now really behind. My computer was giving me 'Application error' crap)
