Tyson went to the edge of the pool. It showed his reflection perfectly.

“Don’t touch it though.” Lucille said warily.

"Why not? Looks like water to me."

“Well you don’t know if it’s just water. For all you know it could contain acid.”

"True…" He stared at it. Looked harmless enough.

“I mean it looks harmless, but looks can be deceiving.” Lucille said.

"Yeah…" He wasn't paying attention. He crouched down.

Lucille looked around, it was kind of like an underground oasis. But not exactly, the only vegetation was the fluorescent moss.

"Tyson, if you touch that water and your hand melts off, I'm going to freak."

“I’ll scream so loud all of your eardrums will burst.” Lucille laughed, continuing observing her surroundings.

Tyson didn't hear her. The water looked so smooth. He reached out.

(Man can I make Lucille pull Tyson away from the water because, I am concerned.)

The minute his hand came into contact with the pool, Tyson disappeared.

“Did you guys see that? Cause I just did.” Lucille said mind-blown, “DiD yOu SeE tHaT??? HOLY COWS.”

"What the hell?" Nikki grabbed a stick and poked the water.

“Only one way to find out.” Lucille shrugged, “We have to touch the water as well.”
