Tyson rolled his eyes. Was he going to have to put up with this for the whole trip? "Are we getting closer?"

“Well since we’re moving forward, I hope so.”

Dexter looked at the horizon. "Almost…"

“How many more hours?”

"Actually minutes…."

“Well that’s good to hear because I’m starting to not be able to feel my legs.”

Tyson nodded. He hadn't been able to feel his left leg for awhile, but he wasn't about to say that.

“You’re limping, Tie Dye.”

He blushed. "No I'm not."

“Yes you areeee.”

"No I'm notttttt…" He sighed. "Fine. Yes. Yes I am."

“Told ya so,” Lucille said, “want me to carry you?”

“Yeah so I’m carrying you. Shall I do it bridal style?” Lucille snickered.

“Okay, no joking around. What is it?” Lucille asked, kneeling down.

"I don't know." He choked.
Dexter turned around. "Are you guys comi-" He blinked. "What happened?"

“You don’t… know? Is it pain?”

"Yeah it's pain!"
Dexter ran over to them. "What's wrong what happened?"

“Pain.” Lucille said flatly to Dexter, then she turned to Tyson, “Pain in the calf? Shin? Ankle? Leg? Head?”

"That stupid scratch!"
Dexter leaned over him. "Okay, did you feel anything before we left?"
Tyson shook his head. His face was white.

Lucille sharply inhaled, “Turn your leg.”

"I don't think I can…"

“Okie dokie,” Lucille said, “so would it hurt if I moved your leg?”

"I think so? I don't know…"
Dexter looked at her. "Okay let me help you."
