(i can try ) kane waked into work, looking around his coffee shop

Angelo yawned, leaning against the back of the booth, in the very corner of the coffee shop. He wasn't one for drawing attention, so this was his usual spot. He tapped his fingers while he waited for his order

kane quickly got his apron on and got to serving tables. he kept a smile up, never letting it falter. as he got to Angelos seat he was pretty tired " how can I help you today?"

Angelo looked up, clearing his throat while he rested his head in his hands.
"I need an espresso macchiato, and one of those little pesto sandwiches." He paused to look up at Kane, softly returning the smile. "Please."

Kane nodded and went to go inform the chief. he carried out orders and took Angelos to him " I made sure that he made is small for ya," he said jokingly

Angelo rolled his eyes, chuckling slightly while he took it. "Well, thanks." He handed Kane a 20, winking while he stood and started for the door. ""For the excellent service." He said, before starting to leave

kane flushed and nodded "ahm.. thanks.." he said softly

Angelo gave one last smile, before disappearing out onto the street, sighing while he watched his air turn into clouds in the sharp sting of the cold. He had to admit, Kane wasn't half bad.

kane finished his shift at 12, walking to his house

Angelo yawned, the coffee only slightly kicking in while he headed to his mother's house. The new meetup.
"You're late, mijo." She purred, surrounded by other ugly mafia members. She really didn't look like she belonged in their group, yet here she was.
"Hey mama." Angelo smirked, pulling up a chair.

kane walked the streets, hed been recruited as someone's betrothal

Angelo's mother sighed, turning back to her discussion while she eyed Angelo. "Are you sure this is going to work? Setting those two up? Will it really help the crisis?" She asked through her thick accent. A unruly looking man looked toward angelo as well, then shook his head. "If it really is the last thing we can do…"

Angelo glared. "What is going on?"
