It was a normal day for The Watch. Criminals running amok, birds singing, such and such. Tara was guarding the gate, which was always a boring job as nobody ever attacked.

Marie walked the streets, bored as she usually was this time of day. There wasnt excitement, she wanted excitement. she pondered playing little fire pranks on people, but wasnt sure. she didnt want to get caught and punished

Tara decided to leave her post. She saw a young woman who looked bored hanging around in the streets.

Marie noticed someone at the gates moving around… seemingly coming towards her. she thought maybe she was in trouble and wanted to flee, but she couldnt. she was rooted to the spot.

"Hey, kiddo! Don't worry, just passing by." she winked.
