“I live a few blocks away in some trashy apartment,” Yeon said. He didn’t have the most money, so he lived in what would have been considered ‘slums’ or ‘bad neighborhoods filled with bad people’.
"I shockingly enough have a decent apartment," Hunter replied, "Took me a long time to get it though."

Yeon gave a nod in understanding before speaking up again. “Hey, why don’t you take the hood off?” He asked, reaching over to tug it aside.
"Uh…" Hunter couldn't think of a good reason. He took his hood down, "Fine."

Yeon glanced at Hunter’s hair first, brows raised in interest. “Green, huh?” He asked, looking at the tips of the strands.
"I like the color okay," Hunter felt his face redden with embarrassment. Thank god for his dark skin, "Something wrong with that?"

“What? No, I didn’t mean it like that,” Yeon said quickly, stumbling a bit on his English as he did so. “I think it looks cool.”
"Oh," Hunter responded his voice soft, "Thanks."

Yeon grinned slightly and nodded. “Welcome. I wish I could dye my hair, but bleaching it to color it would destroy it, I think,” he said, running a hand through his thick, black hair.
"It shouldn't destroy it," Hunter responded, "You just have to take great care of it. Which it looks like you do."
Shoot was that too forward? Why do I always loose my cool around guys? I can keep it around the ladies.

“You think? I’m glad you noticed, I do take pride in my hair,” Yeon said with a laugh. He gave Hunter a playful wink before looking ahead again, glancing around as they passed alleyways. He always was wary when passing alleys. If you see something you shouldn’t, or get jumped hwhen you aren’t aware when going by one of those, it could be the death of you.
"Yep," Hunter let out a small sigh of relief. He noticed Yeon's wariness around the alleys. He took a mental note of that.

“So.. Why are you wearing all of that stuff?” Yeon eventually asked, motioning to Hunter’s body as he did so.
"Uh," Hunter's face got red again. He sort of forgot about his get up, "I'm apart of a role playing group. I just left when I walked past you all."

“A what?” Yeon questioned, arching a brow in confusion. When he lived in Cuba, he had never heard of such a thing. Not even in America when he came over, either.
"Oh how do I explain this," Hunter muttered to himself. He cleared his throat, "It's when a bunch of people, normally nerds, get together and act out stories. Sort of like theater except there is no script just a general idea that the rest of the group gets to act out. It can get kind of crazy at times."

“Sounds pretty crazy,” Yeon said before trying to pronounce the words. It felt weird on his tongue to put those two words together, as he unnecessarily rolled the ‘r’.
Hunter noticed the r roll. Then put a things together, "You're an immigrant aren't you?"

Yeon frowned softly when Hunter brought it up. “I am, I’m from Cuba. Is that a problem?” He asked. He had experienced a lot of racism because he was an immigrant, and he was getting tired of it.
"Oh no!" Hunter quickly said, "I just noticed it that's all!"

Yeon gave a slow nod, rubbing at his jaw, fingers lightly tracing the scar on the skin. “Lived there for most of my life, much different than it is here in America,” he explained, rolling the ‘r’ in America.
"It would be," Hunter nodded, "I've lived here my entire life. Must've been hard."

Yeon nodded again in affirmation. “It still is,” he started, tucking his hand back into his pocket.
"Hey, do you want to come over to my place?" Hunter asked him. After a certain encounter he didn't really have a problem letting people over.

“Why not,” Yeon said before looking down at himself. “I’m a bit dirty, though. We play a rougher version of soccer, there’s so much tripping.”
"That's fine," Hunter shrugged, "You can clean up at my place. It's probably good that I didn't actually try to join you guys."

Yeon gave a laugh and nodded slowly. “Alright, thanks. And yeah, probably. I’ve gotten my wrist broken because of those bastards,” he said, chuckling.
"How rough do you guys play?" Hunter looked at him shock. He noticed the entrance to the apartment building, "My apartments right here."

“Pretty rough. The only person we go easy on is the red heads brother, Robin. He’s completely deaf,” Yeon explained, looking at the complex.
