I'm thinking a friendship or shipping RP with supernatural creatures. I usually don't do one-on-one type stuff because I like to be inclusive, but, whatever.

Who wants to join?

Indra shuffled cautiously into the public library, adjusting the collars of his leather jacket. A satisfying sound of healthily strained leather flooded his ears. The cold steel of his sixer felt safe against his stomach, and he was thankful it hadn't created a bulge.

Cairro sniffed around the shelves for a book. He was in the Mythical and Fantasy section. He adjusted his glasses up his nose and peered at the books, dusting off the larger books with a thumb, smiling.

Indra started to browse the Sci-Fi/1,000 Facts types of books. Violet eyes solemnly scanned the books. He saw nothing interesting (that he hadn't already read) here, and moved on to the Fantasy/Mythology section, nearly bumping into a seemingly bookish guy who, come to think of it, seemed at home here.

Carrio looked at the violently rouge-looking guy with a jump. It revealed his neat sweater vest-bowtie combo, with smooth khakis, a pair of wire frames, wide green eyes and soft platinum blonde hair. It also brought light to his ‘Book Keep’ tag.

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

"Hey, my bad, pal." Indra said, rubbing his chin with the back of his hand. "You all good? You seem kind of alarmed." Indra's face softened lightly, a few purple-tipped strands of white-blonde hair that was too light to be called platinum, fell into his face.

Carrio let his gaze flicker over Indra for a few moments, drilling his gaze firmly into the latter’s. It suddenly felt as if he were being x-rayed.
“Yeah, I’m okay. Looking for anything?” Carrio looked away again, hoping to hide his shock. He got worked up really easily… too easily…

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

"I'm just browsing… So… You work here?" Indra asked, eyeing the bookish dude lightly. He was an adorable one.

“I’m the Bookkeep,” Carrio answered simply, sorting a few books back into their rightful spots.

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

"You do a damn good job here." Indra replied. "This place is in excellent condition." Indra rubbed his chin with the back of his hsnd again. He checked a few more books. He adjusted his gloves. Black, with white trim to match his red jacket.
"How much does this job pay?" He said. Making small talk.

Carrio gave the other a slight look, with an eyebrow raised. “I make about twelve bucks an hour. I’m probably going to get a raise, soon. It’s been thrown about, I’m just being humble.” Carrio scooped to stoop at the opposite shelf and fixed around a couple books.

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

"That's about as much as I make as a bartender. I might have to get a job here, and maybe I'll finally get some peace and quiet." Indra said, flirting subtly (and hopefully non-intrusively).

Carrio glanced over at Indra. “If you mean it, you could get a job here. You’d have to deal with the occasional person or two, though.” He continued rubbing dust off of the book spines once he finished resorting.

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

"Why not." Indra responded. "When do I atart? I want to make sure to quit my job at the bar before."

“You can start whenever you’d like. I don’t have to bring it up with anyone, except I’ll have to inform the Board, which won’t take long. Just tell me whenever you quit your bar-job and you’re in.”
