Adeline quickly wrote down some notes, still a little (Read: Extremely) stressed for next period's test. ((Maybe they have next period together?))
One-on-One rp? (Closed)
((Sure, that sounds good))
Roxanna started to sketch on her paper, drowning out the teachers voice. Seriously though, Mrs. R always rambled on about the same point for forever. Suddenly, she heard her name. Shooting her head up, she looked like a deer in the headlights. "Uh, could you repeat the question please," she asked. As the teacher reread the question, Roxanna tapped into her telepathy, listening to her teachers thoughts, and getting the answer. "Easy," she replied with a sly smile. "42." The teacher sighed, "Correct," before turning back to the white board.
She got up as the bell rang, gathering her things and sprinting to her next class, a few embers falling behind her before she sat down.
After the bell rang, she grabbed her books and made her way to her next class, only a few rooms over. She looked around the classroom, and saw the only open seat was next to a panicked looking girl. Roxanna placed her books on the desk and sat down. "Hey, you okay? You look really worried," she asked her.
She flinched looking up. "Hm? Yeah, I'm fine." She said quickly, fiddling with her pen. "I just hate tests."
She gave her a small smile before replying, "I'm pretty sure every student on the planet can agree with that. I'm sure you'll do great though. My name's Roxanna, what's yours?" She stuck her hand out for a handshake, being true to her extrovert side.
She shyly took the hand. "Adeline. Pleasure." She said, simply and politely, hoping her hand wasn't still burning. That would probly hurt.
She let go of the girls hand, noticing how it seemed really warm. Eh, whatever, it was probably how stressed she was."Adeline, that's a pretty name!" She quickly turned to face the front of the class as the bell rang.
"Thanks." She whispered, turning around as well. She bit her tongue as the test was passes out, wishing she could actually burn, because at this point it seemed like a much better option.
Tapping her fingers on the desk, she imeditly started on the test, having most of the answers memorized by now. She breezed through the multiple choice questions, without once having to check someones thoughts. She got started on one of the written responses, checking the clock every so often.
She tried, honestly. She wasn't good, at all, but she tried. She really needed to learn to not panic. But on the bright side, she had a free next, and she could go outside for a bit. She tried to focus on that.
Roxanna finished her test, pretty confident she had gotten most of the answers at least partially correct. She flipped over her paper and began to draw on the back. A bunch of band symbols now flooded her page, along with several music notes.
She finished and put her head down, blissfully unaware of who was looking in the window.
As she continued to draw, she glanced at the window, and swore she saw someone looking inside. Shaking her head, she looked again- nobody was there. "Geez, I need to start getting some more sleep," she thought to herself as she went back to her drawing.
She dozed off, snuggling into her arms.
As the class was just about over, the teacher started to pick up the papers. Roxanna lightly tapped Adeline's shoulder. "Hey, the class is just about over," she quietly said to her.
She looked up groggily, rubbing her eyes. "Thanks…" she whispered back as the teacher came near.
"No problem." She handed the teacher her test, gladly counting down the minute until the class ended.
She handed hers in, getting her stuff together.
The bell rang, after what seemed like an eternity. Roxanna got up and asked Adeline, "Hey, what do you have next?" She honestly wanted to hang out more with her, maybe even become friends?
She stood, grabbing her book bag. "Free. You?"
"Same! You maybe want to hang out," she asked as she started to walk out of the room.
"Sure!." She said, smiling.
"Yay! So, how are you doing this fine day," Roxanna smiled as she talked to her, walking backwards so she could face her as she spoke. Luckily, most people moved out of the way, so she hadn't run into anybody.
"Good. And you?" She asked, giggling.
She gave a small laugh herself as she responded, "That is good to hear! I'm also doing pretty great myself."
"Good." She said, pushing open the door. ((So do they just get grabbed while they're out ooooooorrrr???))
((I think that makes sense))
Turning back around to walk normally, Roxanna said, "So, tell me a little about yourself. What kind of things do you like, etc. etc." It really didn't occur to her until after she said it how stalkerish it sounded. She then added, "I'm not gonna stalk you, I just want to be your friend."
She smiled softly. "Usually reading or writing or dramatically trying to recreate Wicked or Hamilton or anything with music. What about you?"
